I chose this Carpet company for a few reasons..they were a local small business and use pet safe process. We have cockatiels who are susceptible to possible death from chemicals. We were fortunate to have had a perfect warm sunny day when we scheduled. Paul was very polite and previewed the rooms to give us our estimate before proceeding. Our townhome is approximately 1445 SF. We also have 13 stairs. After we all talked a bit, Paul started. After each room he asked if I wanted to come look which I did.
