My wife walked in the area and couldn't believe how what it was. I wouldn't use this company if they were the last carpet cleaning company on earth I would avoid them at all cost. Nothing has changed! Their service remains super. Their web site is easy to use, the e-scheduling was easy, and Tom called to confirm the date and time (and we had company arriving for a weekend visit that afternoon -- their solution dries quickly). Tony was on time, friendly, and a good communicator, discussed our expectations, and answered any questions. He was grateful that we had moved as much furniture as we could. He was careful to cover his footwear, and also with moving his equipment around our 3 levels of rooms. We would absolutely recommend Chem-Dry!
