As with most offices, Urgent Care could be a bit of a wait, but now that we have made this our primary doctor the wait time was very short and we were seen by the doctor pretty quickly at our last visit. What I also like about this office is the time and care taken with the patients, we did not feel rushed and felt that the appointment was very thorough. If you're looking for a primary care for adult or pediatric this office could be for you.

I used the search tool from my insurance website to find a doctor at UCLA Health believing I had coverage. I didn't know I was "out of network" until I received a bill a month after my visit! Yes, I made a mistake. But as a consumer, navigating the system is not something I do everyday. The "professionals" who book your appointment, who do this work everyday, won't check your coverage and don't care. I filled out pages of pre appointment forms and uploaded a copy of my insurance card and had no reason to think I wasn't covered. It's going to take me some time to recover from this bill for ONE OFFICE VISIT. Meanwhile, I still pay a lot for health insurance, like everyone else. Make sure you're covered!

When I came here, Nurse Practitioner Marie took my concerns seriously and correctly diagnosed my condition. I am incredibly grateful for her care and attention. I also want to thank the nurse who brought me in. I was very emotional and overwhelmed, and she was so kind and compassionate that she even offered me a hug. That level of kindness meant a lot to me during a difficult time. I left feeling relieved because their diagnosis was accurate. My condition is not something commonly seen in a 26-year-old, so I appreciated that they listened instead of brushing off my concerns. Within four days, the bumps had already fallen off and I was clearly improving. My health plan changed this month, so unfortunately I won't be able to return because I need to stay in-network. However, I truly appreciate the care and concern I received here. Thank you, Marie, and thank you to the entire staff for treating me with compassion and helping me get the answers I needed.

An hour later (despite a near empty waiting room), the lady said no I don't have what I think I have, oh but wait my doctor now says I do have what I thought I had so thanks for nothing, lazy know-nothing arrogant rude lady.
