Plenty of parking in the structure and the open lot behind it (free for the first 1.5 hours) but be prepared to walk a little since Costco customers keep the parking lot pretty full. For a much shorter walk, there is also a drop off location and paid Valet parking behind the building. Venue 4 stars: Beautiful building. Access via stairs on the side or an elevator behind the building. The lab which I visited has a separate entrance directly across the offices. Staff 4 stars: Most of my interaction was automated. Lab visits are walk-ins but you do need a referral from your UCLA doctor before you go. Once you enter, you sign in on a tablet and will then start getting text alerts on your phone. When you turn comes, the text will tell you which station to go to. Once you arrive at the station, you are greeted by a lab technician who logs you in and performs the necessary lab work. My lab technician was polite and efficient. Wait Time 4 stars: I am not sure if it is always this good, but I only waited 10 minutes. The Bottom Line 4 stars: A solid option in a pleasant and convenient location. Highly recommended!

Yes, I made a mistake. But as a consumer, navigating the system is not something I do everyday. The "professionals" who book your appointment, who do this work everyday, won't check your coverage and don't care. I filled out pages of pre appointment forms and uploaded a copy of my insurance card and had no reason to think I wasn't covered. It's going to take me some time to recover from this bill for ONE OFFICE VISIT. Meanwhile, I still pay a lot for health insurance, like everyone else. Make sure you're covered!

What I did mind was when I called back today, I needed an accommodation letter or note for my job so they have documentation that allows me to work from home and whoever answered was quite rude (a male that wasn't the receiptionist woman I had seen before and also wasn't Dr. Gluzman). The itemized receipt was also... interesting & I'm just hoping my HSA doesn't put a hold on my account because of it. I have been a patient of Dr. Armin S. Arasheben for approximately five years. When I first became…read morehis patient, I was very satisfied with his care. He was attentive, professional, followed up on my lab results, and made sure important primary-care matters were addressed. Unfortunately, my experience with the practice has gradually changed significantly. Over time, the office appears to have shifted away from the level of personal and professional medical care I initially received. Much of my care has been handled by nurse practitioners, and I have had several experiences that raised serious concerns for me regarding attention to detail and professionalism. On multiple occasions, incorrect prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy, and I was the one who noticed the errors. When I brought one of these incidents to Dr. Arasheben's attention, I did not feel that my concern was taken seriously or adequately addressed. Initially, I treated it as an isolated mistake, but over time I experienced additional issues that caused me to lose confidence in the practice. Most recently, when I asked about my overdue annual physical, I was told that it was my responsibility to keep track of when my annual examinations were due. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the level of care, I was essentially told that if I was unhappy, I could find another primary-care physician. After being a patient for five years, this was extremely disappointing. In my experience, the practice today feels much more focused on running and expanding a business than providing the attentive, disciplined primary care that I received when I first became a patient. Based on my recent experiences, particularly the repeated prescription errors and the response to my concerns, I can no longer recommend this practice as a primary-care provider.
