I had a concerning experience with Denise at the daycare. She approached me about an incident where…read moremy daughter was bitten, she displayed an unprofessional attitude, insinuating that I was being 'double-sided' and suggesting that my child was to blame for the incident. Despite my explanation that my daughter was merely curious and did not provoke the situation, Denise's response was dismissive and lacking in empathy. It's disheartening to feel as though a caregiver is indifferent to a child's well-being, and I believe addressing this behavior is crucial for creating a supportive environment for both parents and children at the daycare. In addition to my experience with Denise, I also noticed that the toddler teachers seem overwhelmed with the number of children under their care. My final straw was witnessing my daughter's hair being pulled and her being dragged down without any acknowledgment or apology from Natalie, one of the Directors . It was alarming to see such an incident go unnoticed by the staff, and it left me questioning why my daughter seems to dread going to school. The lack of communication and accountability is deeply concerning, especially when it comes to the safety and well-being of the children. It's disheartening to be met with smiles while legitimate concerns are overlooked. I believe addressing these issues, including the staff-to-child ratio and the need for better communication and supervision. I am deeply concerned that if one of the directors has the audacity to speak to me in such a dismissive manner, then they may also have the power to influence how teachers handle parental concerns. It's troubling to think that legitimate worries expressed by parents could be overlooked or dismissed by those in positions of authority. A culture of dismissiveness from leadership can trickle down and affect how staff members interact with parents and address concerns. It's essential for the daycare's management to foster an environment of respect, accountability, and open communication, starting from the top down. Parents entrust their children's well-being to the daycare, and it's imperative that this trust is respected and upheld at all levels of the organization. Mrs Alejandra and Mrs.Sinclair are great teachers in her class but something just isn't right about the administration.

The teachers and staff are very knowledgeable and they genuinely care about the kids they teach. The curriculum that is taught here, will put my kids above what other public school children are learning, which makes me feel good. I definitely will recommend this school to any parents of children who are not of school age, to get a head start in their learning. The benefits to your child's education, will definitely out way any other school or daycare. I also wanted to extend a big thanks to Mrs. Nassarin, for all the hard work that she has done for my kids. All of the staff and teachers do a great job with children's education.

We had been *happy* a customer at this KA location for nearly 7 years, our son from 4-10 years, and…read moreour daughter 7 months to 5 years. Then this happened. Despite filling out the registration paperwork for their before/after school care class 2 months ago, we were just informed (2 weeks before school starts) that they don't have room on their morning bus for our daughter (even with our son freeing up a spot in their bus by moving on to Middle School). We need before school care. So, we're now forced to seek a new childcare location with only 2 weeks before school starts, and she looses all her friends, teachers she loves, etc. They provided no good explanations of why this happened, beyond "we have other families who have multiple kids on the bus" and "we prioritize people who are already in the program" -- which are both BS because our son JUST freed up a spot AND she has been there for almost 5 years, so they've had plenty of notice we would be needing before/after school care. So, they pushed us out, essentially because we only have one child there now, in favor of other people who had more. I'll add that they own and run a second bus in the afternoons that they don't run in the mornings because "staff are expensive" except they are one of the most expensive child care options in the area. All of that said, it *IS* a good school, and this situation was handled in a really really bad way.

The summer field trips are also fun! The teachers in every class are always engaged with the kids and never just standing around. Unfortunately the experience we had from the beginning was the worst. We were on the list for my son when he was 1 yrs old. We never heard back from anyone and would have to call in to follow up every 6 months. During this time they went through 2 directors which should have been a sign. We stayed faithful to pursue our child to start and finally was able to get to a director who got us enrolled. Once we enrolled our code didn't work for a month. Another hiccup. Nothing the director could do about it. We started to notice the turn over in staff but tried to remain positive. Eventually our son had an incident where another child scratch him and he was bleeding. We found out that no one saw anything and couldn't provide exact details. We waited to speak to the director and she was out and come to find out. She was no longer going to be there. Another sign things were not right here. It was heartbreaking cause we wanted it to work but I guess some things are meant to not work. Be cautious when using this company.

There's only 1 good teacher there and she's leaving too! They will over work you, ask you to come in even if you're in the hospital bleeding, if you don't they will use that against you and ignore you! They definitely have favorites and it shows! The pay of $10 per hour is not worth working in an unorganized, hostile environment . As far as sending your child here in my opinion you're better off somewhere else they are really expensive lol
