My daughter came home with dirty undies twice . First time with actual poop in her butt and more on…read moreundies, as if she went to restroom and they pulled her undies up without wiping her. Mind you this was on her very first day. Second time it was just her undies , her bottom was clean as if she went restroom before and they had to have seen her undies dirty but were to lazy to change them and left them on her . All of this resulted in her getting a rash. Her last day there I picked her up brought her home and checked her and sure enough her bottom was dirty again after I just spoke with Vicky the manager for this location. I did send her email after the second time and was addressed in person that it may have been her fault and she may have missed it cause she herself took my daughter to restroom right before I arrived. She had been taking my daughter to and from restroom and keeping an eye on her since the first incident. In my opinion she shouldn't have to watch over her employees or to make sure their job is being done right. If she felt the need to do this than that person should not be employed. The teachers seem lazy and don't seem to care much if something like this repeatedly happens. Not sure why a manager would try to cover for an employee and place the blame on herself. This was just unacceptable. I asked for a meeting with both manager and assistant via email to which I was not answered she just spoke to me in person when I picked my daughter up. Seemed very jittery and brought up other things that did not pertain to the issue I was having. I did tell her how is it only my daughter coming home like this? I would hope if another parent had an issue like this that it would be addressed but was told it never happens so it was just my daughter. There is so much more I wish to write but I feel I touched the most important topic. Wouldn't trust this place or Kinder care in general . Honest review!

I've had a few issues in the past with other teachers (they no longer work for th, but as soon as I brought it to Vicki's attention, she took care of it right away. Even after the issues, she always made sure everything was to my liking. My kids have been coming to this specific KinderCare for 5 years! They treat my kids like family and I'm for very grateful for them.

From the moment we enrolled our first son, the teachers have demonstrated exceptional warmth. They truly care about the students and take the time to understand each child's individual needs. My child learned so many amazing things and was excited to go to school each day. After infant 2, you no longer get activity logs or pictures of your child even though it state ms you will in the parent handbook that you sign. 45 day withdrawal notice without proration so be sure to time it perfectly or you'll lose out on your deposit. My child no longer enjoys going to school and haven't been able to connect with the new teacher with the exception of 1 that has since resigned. 2 of the 3 teachers in Toddler class is no longer there within such a short period of time. . The food is unhealthy (Apple Jacks, ect ) for a 20 month old even-though my child feeding directions show nothing with added sugar. I really want to like this school but with the higher ratios than all of the neighboring schools and multiple undocumented accidents leaving my child with marks and no explanation I just can't recommend this school. $1700 per month, + $150 quarterly supply fee... not bad but not worth it for what you get
