After submitting the deposit I was scheduled for a Sunday morning. I was receiving updates on my appointment confirming the time, they never showed up. I had a terrible experience with EZ Car Details. I paid for their ceramic protection service with the expectation of a durable, long-lasting finish, but the results were appalling. The ceramic coating completely failed and stopped repelling water in less than a week after the service was completed. For a premium service like this, a durability of under seven days is completely unacceptable and frankly feels like I was sold a faulty or improperly applied product. He cleaned my McLaren and Lexus. He did a great job! Especially for the McLaren interior and exterior! He comes to you and leaves a small detailed bottle and microfiber cloth for both cars. I had to go over with him for the Lexus exterior, as it was not done, after telling him he did clean it. I would ask him to scrub harder the exterior next time. Thanks!
