disappointed doesn't even come close. the attention to detail was lacking in the detail and paint…read morecorrection. there was a huge scrape under the bumper when the car was returned to me. there was residue in between the panels from the buffing. he didn't remove the license plates to buff out and apply ceramic coating to the whole car in those areas. he left some fuzz behind from the cloths. these things are fine for a car wash, but not for an $1100 detail. this guy drove my car 100+mph for pickup and drop off which i could see from the tesla app. he was clearly driving recklessly which felt unprofessional and made me feel really upset for trusting this person with my car in the first place. when i got back in my car to drive, i noticed a banging sound underneath the car. upon further inspection, there was a piece that had been totally messed up from going over a speed bump of something similar. this guy denied everything and tried gaslighting me making bizarre claims about how i treat my car and that it was my fault for the new damage. the entire thing was really outrageous and upsetting. sadly i don't have photographic evidence of the moment of impact (how would i) and he is being very rude about the entire situation. i truly do not know how he has a good rating on yelp :(

The express wash is around 10 dollars, and I feel like it cleans my car as well as any drive-thru car wash can; of course, if there's no one hand washing the car, some spots are missed and, if you're like me and tend to wait a long time in between car washes, it can be hard to remove all the dirt that is super stuck on the car. Still, I always leave this car wash with my car in a better state than when I arrived. In my most recent visit, I opted to do the full service car wash ($32 + tip) and was very satisfied with how clean my car was. It took around 15-20 minutes after driving through for my car to be ready, and I was able to sit and wait on the side while the staff wiped down the vehicle, vacuumed the interior, and polished the exterior. I will continue to go to this car wash and thank the workers for their excellent service!

The guy there told me that because of "leaves" and "dog hair" it was going to cost $200 which is an outrageous price for what I had asked for and obviously not worth it. So I politely said "no, thank you" and started to go to where I could vacuum the truck myself. He then told me that my car could not go through the regular wash because it had too many leaves (which would've been eliminated by vacuuming). I said to him, "This is very bad business. You're denying me to go through your car wash which I do all the time because I opted not to do your $200 wash? That is very bad business, my friend and I'm going to make sure that people know". So now I have told all of you. If you drive by North Star Car Wash in Granada Hills? Keep driving. And this is a response to the response from their owner: Hi Levon. I take no disrespect at all. In fact I feel that I should thank you. I went home after the above incident and broke out my leaf blower and shop vac. I'm sure that you'll be pleased to know that the leaves and dog hair that you were so concerned about were dealt with in about 3 minutes and I didn't have to pay $200 or even $20 to have it done. It was in dire need of a detail, including clay bar and machine polish. It also needed head and fog light lenses restoration. After completing the job, car now looks almost new.
