Once the measurements were completed, I visited the showroom to explore available options. Although I originally had two mirrored doors, Mike recommended upgrading to a set of three mirrored glass doors. He explained that this would make the doors lighter and provide easier access to the closet. I agreed with his suggestion, and Mike prepared a detailed proposal, which he sent to me via email. Later that week, I received the proposal and was pleasantly surprised by the price. Orange Mirror and Glass quoted a cost that was 50% less than what my General Contractor had charged. I promptly signed the paperwork and paid half the amount via credit card to proceed with the order. We told him if he can repair what is already there so that the locks work and he quoted us $400. He says he cannot put it back together and he tried to leave with our Parts. I spoke to his manager Armando and Armando was very unprofessional. As you seen the picture, it was only eight screws that he had to put my stuff back together, but didn't do it instead he was upset because he cannot take advantage of my wife. We had two 2nd-story windows in our condo that failed a water test by our HOA contractor. I had a good feeling early on in my interactions with Gerardo and they proved to be right-on. He offered to wear booties, but I vetoed it since they would be continuously going from our outdoor patio at the ground floor to our 2nd floor balcony in order to get the job done on the two windows. This review is LONG overdue. Simmons Glass did shower and bath rub frameless sliding doors for me…read morewhen I bought my house back in 2019. Mike was very easy to work with and helpful throughout the process, especially being a first time home buyer. They did a fantastic job and the quality of materials was top notch. One of my shower doors, however, would allow water to pass through. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from so they had someone come out and take a look, as well as had some clear liner things to seal with the door when it's closed. It didn't work. They came out again and found a gap where there was some silicone that was supposed to be placed but missed. Though they missed this issue when installing, they were very responsive and helpful in making sure everything was 100% perfect. Fast forward a few years, I reached out to Mike to get some sliding mirror doors done for a reach in closet. Again, high quality materials and work. But, through no fault of Simmons Glass, the color tone of the brushed nickel frame was a very bronze hue. I contacted Mike and due to the size of my mirror doors, there was only one manufacturer that could produce the product and their brushed nickel at that moment all looked that way. We worked together for several weeks to get new samples and after a long time, we finally got a sample that we were happy with. After all this time, they still honored their workmanship and customer satisfaction and came back and replaced the mirrored doors at no cost. I sincerely appreciate Mike and all the installers that came through to make sure everything was perfect. Simmons Glass is top notch service and products, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for glass/mirrors.
