I read the reviews and decided to go visit. It is an OK place I feel like some of the reviews either are not entirely truthful or sort of gloss over the store. Not necessarily a bad place per se, but kinda didn't feel entirely comfortable there. I get it that businesses need to make a profit but it would be nice to actually have more than a business transaction. read more

This pawn shop jewlery and loan place is very POOR customer service . The owner is very ARROGANT and doesn't appreciate your business . As a pawn shop store a customer has the right to bargain etc . This business does not appreciate customers because they are greedy and trying to make more money of you . The owner doesn't value customers unless you're pawning stuff to him and he can get the cheapest price lol . It's ok for the owner to bargain and haggle but customers it's prohibited lol . When pawn shops are typically seen as cashing in on people's rock bottoms or last resorts, this pawn shop really blew me away with their understanding, kindness, and genuineness. I will never forget their customer service. Would definitely come back and recommend this place to everyone. I had called telling them I'd like to buy back a pricey watch that someone very close to me recently sold because he really needed the cash to see his family for holidays. The man who I talked with didn't even specialize in watches/jewelry (he specializes in the guns dept.) yet he was so considerate and quick with the response when telling him my story. He asked the jeweler to price it since it wasn't even in inventory yet. And sure enough within minutes, he called back with a reasonable price to where I can afford to get it back without having to even wait for my next paycheck! And then, when I think these guys couldn't have done enough, he charged my younger brother (who I asked to pick it up for me since I am out of town) to the flat price since he was short for tax. It's easy to believe simple customer service has become so obsolete nowadays that it feels common or the norm to be manipulated or forgotten by larger establishments. However, this pawn shop has restored my faith in good, honest customer service and basically, humanity. read more

This is definitely a higher end pawn store. The owner is very friendly and approachable, I just came in to look at what they had because they are new to the area and stayed for a while getting to know him! His business partner owns a gold and silver shop so they have a huge selection of high end jewelry available, along with items you would expect to find in a pawn store: guns, knives, old silver antiques, guitars, etc... but something was different - the shop was extremely clean and tidy and you could tell by their inventory that they were operating a classy joint :). Something that I really enjoyed was that he had a wish list - I have been looking for this David Yurman ring for a while, and I put down the description and my contact info and he said he would look for it for me and let me know when he found one! It cuts out all the time it takes me to search for it (I've really only had luck with eBay and I get nervous dealing with people who aren't local, you never know if someone is going to rip you off) which is exactly what I wanted! I had never been to a pawn shop before and if your anything like me, I had a miss guided stereotype that pawn shops were not very nice. I pictured a dirty old man making me uncomfortable while I looked around. I could not have been more wrong. Like the name states the place is first class. Everything was clean, orderly, high quality and well put together. They had a great selection of new fire arms (my real interest) and the owner even said they do cerakote finishes on fire arms right there in the store. I have always wanted to change the color of my guns but have not wanted to send them away by mail to someone I don't know, so this was an awesome break through for me. The owner and his associate where incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home, so much so I stayed even after making a purchase of a new beautiful knife and just talked with the guys till my wife made me leave haha. We got to talking about all my interests and how they could be provided by his store. The prices were also totally reasonable. Lower than I expected for sure. Needless to say I am super excited to have these guys in the neighborhood. Great location, store, and now I have a place I can feel comfortable doing business rather then over the internet or by phone. I have never pawned anything before and I turned 18 2 weeks ago and had some stuff that I had collected from my job I didn't want and I went in and the staff was very nice and very helpful. I didn't feel out of place like I thought I would have and it was very easy and got a good amount of money from it.
