He did something that I know in the automotive business wouldn't think twice about, he saw the condition of our "gently" used vehicle and noticed that there was many things wrong with the body of it. When we went over it with him he showed us that we were screwed over by the dealership. The paint job was horribly done, the vehicle was in a severe accident(s) and that the alignment might be off as well. Tony didn't have to do that for us and he didn't need to tell us to fight back and get the true car we paid for.
