I have been using First Class Nails and Spa for many years now. It's in your best interest to make an appointment- while walk ins are welcome, it's usually busy. I have been getting acrylics with gel for years which lasts me a solid 3 weeks. i am hard on my hands- especially in the summer. I don't have breaks or cracks since using First Class where I did at other nail salons. I am now trying a new gel based treatment instead of acrylic. It is amazing! My nails are more natural and look great. I also access them for pedicures. They have a variety of treatments to choose from. Plus a massage chair is an added dose of relaxation. So I'm new to the area and I decided to try a nail salon and my search won't stop here as my experience did not go well. First the technician filled my skin during nail prep for my full set. And I had to say "Ouch" and pull back my hand for him to stop. I looked and see a small hole on my finger the size a big needle. He apologized and then finished up with avoiding that finger. The finish result did not look good. My nails were different lengths and the acrylic was super thick. I decided to do gel and even with that, the polish looked sloppy. He didn't even add cuticle oil at the end and left my cuticles and hands looking ashy :-( I wanted to cry. My pedicure was perfect and was done by another technician. Made an appointment for a mani and pedi. After my pedicure, they told me they only had time for that and not a manicure despite the fact that I had an appointment for both. A simple miscommunication, but the owner was unfriendly and unapologetic, insisting it was my fault. He ended up finding a nail tech to start my nails. She cut into my cuticles, leading to blood and cuts on my nail bed. My nails were also filed at different lengths and not smoothly. Had to fix them when I got home. I ended up stopping the manicure before it ended (no polish) and was still charged $20 for the manicure. I had made an appointment for a polish change and they ended up giving me a manicure. For the "miscommunication" they took $5 off the service, even though I ended up with the colors I did not request. I showed them pictures of what I wanted at least three times to several people, with them even helping me pick out colors. When my appointment ran "long" someone else took over the last half of my polish change. While I appreciate the safety measures they are taking for COVID, if they can't get simple appointments right as well as using pictures to get my expectations right, I won't return. read more

I made an appointment for 2 manicures. They took us in 1 hour apart. I used to love this nail spa because their acrylics were cheaper and perfectly done. Every time I go in it absolutely is horrid. Later, They took walk ins before my acrylic appointment I had made days before. I sat there an hour before being serviced. Are you kidding? I was a regular at this place for almost 2 years, what happened?! I don't know why I keep returning, maybe to give it hope. Sloppy polish job, barely touched my calluses or cuticles, and I still gave the woman a 20% tip only because I was feeling generous. I have experience in the nail business/industry. The woman spent more time taking the old polish off my toes rather than doing a good polish job. I'm disappointed that I got a pedicure that came out terribly. This is the second time I've been here. The first time was two years ago. The girl I ended up with was really attentive and focused but REALLY slow. The only complaint I have is that they don't do it like they do In CA where if you get a mani and pedi. They do you at the same time. So Instead of one hour it was two. Excellent job and attention to detail. I had nail tech Vin and he was very nice and professional. The place is clean all the techs introduce themselves and are personable. They have a lot of repeat clients who are happy with their service. They take turns doing manicures and pedicures and focus on your when you arrive instead of trying to get your through as quick as possible. Prices are similar to other places. I had a supreme spa pedicure only one step up from the basic and my feet where massaged and pampered for 55 minutes. I would defiantly recommend this place and will return again! read more

So I want to point out that I do not live here, never been here, and I found this place close to my hotel with Google Maps. I work as a professional makeup artist and model for a living so I need a good manicure at all times and I'm very particular. I called an hour before they closed to see if they could still take me today. Not only did they say yes, they recommended a healthier nail treatment I had never done before (I usually do dip) due to the poor shape of my real nails. They close at 7pm and they stayed open another hour to accommodate my needs. Jennifer was my nail artist and she applied tips and gave me a french manicure with iridescent shimmer. I am beyond happy with my overall experience and definitely recommend. I am not usually a review person but after my experience, it made me realize how I should acknowledge local businesses and artists I come across on my travels. Stopped in today without an appointment and was told to come back in a half an hour.. kinda stinks having to find something to do for 30 minutes, but next time I will make an appointment. The prices are very reasonable and actually both services I got here were cheaper than my regular salon (in Massachusetts). My pedicure was absolutely divine, and my nail technician, Kim did a great job. She was friendly and personable! I also got a gel manicure aka shellac and she did my nails perfectly (and fast), and also tried a new chrome hologram polish... I loved how it came out; she is very good at what she does! Many salons I have been to are more concerned with serving as many customers as possible and they do a poor quality job. I use to go to the same salon since I was a teenager and was hesitant to try somewhere new but after I started coming to First Class a few times I decided to stay with them. It can be frustrating when walking in without appt because a lot of times they will ask you to come back because they stay busy. It is always best to make an appointment to avoid that. People complain about the wait times but you need to keep in mind they are busy because they provide top quality service. They never rush through your nails. I go to Kim for my nails (they all are great) she is funny, personable, and will not finish your nails until they are absolutely flawless. If they don't all look the same or she doesn't think they look good she will fix them until they are perfect. Kim also waxes my eye brows she is very good at that too. read more

I am a former Hair Fashion Designer who owned a full Salon & Body Spa in California, I know the business of sanitation and sterilization impeccably, Owners Christopher and Jennifer are the finest business folks I have ever met, every time I go to the Salon something has changed, always for the better for the patrons, the staff or the Spa itself including services. This is the CLEANEST spa I have seen EVER! I unfortunately got cellulitis from another mall salon and will never go anywhere else ever again. You can count on fresh implements from the sterilizer, hot towels for your pedicure, it is amazing how they do it, as a salon owner I know how hard it is to keep it not just clean but sanitized and sterilized every moment of the day. Went to have a manicure, ask about the senior discount and Jennifer didn't know about the discount so she tried to go to their website on her phone to look it up. the website was slow and wouldn,t come up, so she agreed to 10% discount, I sat down and the girl immediately started cutting off my nails I spent months growing when I pulled back my hand protested she pulled back and continued cutting, she didn,t understand any English, after hearing my protest Jennifer came over and intervened she offered to put on fake tips at my expense, after talking and crying she finished my nails at no charge. the girl should have got someone who spoke English what I wanted I will never go back read more

The past two times I have gone with an appointment made, I have had to wait an hour after my scheduled time, resulting in a two and half hour trip to get a fill. Gel nail polish is nice, but didn;t go down to the cuticle enough, so they look grown out after a few days. The pedicure also didn't scrub my heels as well, so those look undone. Great on the actual toes (for polishing, cleaning, and cuticle cutting). However, they skipped the cuticle cut for my finger nails. Just average. read more

I had been here one time before and was satisfied, but my gel started chipping and peeling on day 3 and I had to remove them on day 10.
