The staff are rude. They do not take their time and rush through their work. I would not go here again. I had to go back the next day and get my nails fixed and they blamed their bad work on my nail techs who work in a whole different state. My French tip is also crooked. read more

I called on Monday to make an appt for my family of 9 to get mani/pedis on a Wednesday - they said of course! We booked for 11am and immediately got the ball rolling when we arrived. Had my first pedicure since winter at this salon. After a friend recommended, I'm so happy with my experience! Vivian was amazing, very thorough and professional. Be mindful that the majority of the 5 star reviews are from 2 to 4 years ago - I walked in on a Monday morning around 11:30 am - there were three customers and multiple employees. Everyone looked up at me and then looked away. I waited a moment - and saw the gentleman that worked there look up at me and look back down at his phone. Another employee jostled his arm - he looked up again and slowly sauntered over to me. He was abrupt and rude - and I decided to leave. This place is good if you are getting gel nail polish, but they don't really do regular nail polish. They use the polish for the gel, but since it's not cured by the lamp it doesn't really harden no matter how long you wait and just falls off five minutes after you leave the place. I just wish they're honest about it and let the customer know up front that they do not do regular nail polish. Best Nails in York, ME is a much better option. read more

Great salon. Took me and my sister as walk ins. One of the best gel manicures I ever got. I didn't ask the tech her name but she did a great job. Took her time and paid close attention. My husband and I went in for a pedicure one rainy vacation day (it was his first time going). The folks at Nail Creations fit us in without an appointment and took great care of us. One of the best pedicures I have had! I especially enjoyed the hot rock massage, and the nail technician did a wonderful job on my French gel polish. My husband's tech tackled his calluses well! Had to leave a review because this was by far one of the best pedicures I have ever received! I opted for a Deluxe Gel and was lucky enough to get Haley, she was amazing! The massage pressure was absolutely perfect and I am now ready to take a nap! The massage chairs also seemed brand new and really added to the whole experience! Great friendly staff Kyle Jason and Ivy are truly amazing and very talented they always seem to be busy I typically call and book in advance and I almost always see Kyle the owner he is amazing and pays attention to detail well, speaks great English and loves to joke around! I'm getting on in years (72) and it's getting more difficult to do a good job on my toenails. They usually end up pretty hacked up. So I thought I'd try a pedicure. I didn't get the techs name (she was the littlest girl in the shop at the time) she did an outstanding job. After doing a great job on my nails, she started massaging from my toes to my knees. That felt great. Then she got a couple of hot stones out of a heater and started massaging with those. Unbelievable! Never knew what I was missing. I'll be back. read more

This place gets two stars for the end quality of my nails but everything else....I walked in and waited 5 mins before a women yelled at me from one of the tables. This place was not busy, I told her I wanted a gel full set. She walked back to a group of guys that were standing around and after a few mins one of them finally came and brought me back to his table. He was nice enough and didn't say much which is pretty typical. All of the guys in the back were watching a football game and gambling playing some type of card game. There was old food dishes on the table next to me and on further inspections of the stations I cringed at the lack of cleaning they do. My guy ended up giving me a gel manicure instead of a full set but I didn't try to stop him because I just wanted to get out quickly. My nails turned out decent, It has potential but needs some big changes. I honestly would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

Had a wonderful pedicure at this salon over the Labor Day weekend .. they are extremely sanitary and followed all Covid safety protocols. I appreciated that I had to wait outside until my appointment and then each chair had plexiglass separating and social distancing was strictly followed.. the place was spotless and there was hand sanitizer everywhere and incredible attention to safety details during the whole pedicure .. I highly recommend this nail salon! Nice way to end the summer! read more

Awful service here last weekend. Called for a 10am appointment for two people. Arrived and then go no attention until 10:20. I was getting a manicure and my friend was getting a pedicure. At 10:20 my friend was seated in a pedicure chair to soak and at 10:40 hadn't had anyone start the pedicure so dried off and left. I stayed to get my manicure which was good quality but it shouldn't take an hour and a half to get a manicure. I liked my technician but found the man in charge rude and not mindful of the customer experience. Although happy with my nails, the service was just absolutely terrible. I went in for s manicure. The lady who did my nails didn't understand English, which ordinarily isn't much of s problem. I said the nails on my left hand were too long and I wanted them trimmed to the same length as the right. She didn't understand and filed them down way too much. She didn't understand that I wanted a light pink, the color they use for French manicures. Totally misconstrued what I wanted and 2 of the guys who work there had to translate. I finally was done and within an hour my nail polish was shriveling up. My guess is she used an old polish. I went back today to have them fix it, which they willingly did. A few hours later the polish was wrinkling up again. I went back one more time and asked for my money. I will never go there again. read more
