Never again will I ever be going to this place again may 10th I went to this salon the owner (Melissa) who did my pedicure everything was good when I left this salon my toe was very sore as the 3 days went on it started to hurt when I walked went to the ER last night where they told me this lady broke my whole nail from the side my whole nail is lifting when I called to see what I can do cause this is the first time this ever happening to me she told me that I was the one who put trauma onto my toe when my toes are very short. I don't know how that can happen. Told me to send her a picture and told me that if it doesn't get better to call her in two days so I can go to the salon. Mind you I paid $60 plus tip. I went in a few days ago to get a fill. The fill itself took an hour and a half (the original set took less than an hour - I remember because I had made a joke about it). However, my main issue is the fact that my pointer finger and middle finger nails on my right hand are STILL lifting and not attached to the natural nail. During the appointment, the nail tech almost didnt seem to know what she was doing, and there were several times i watched her make a mistake and look to see if I had also seen. I will only be going back to get this set removed. I wish I could leave a better review because I got my first set done here and I absolutely adored it, but this is just really frustrating. I got my nails done here for the first time on January 16 and it was horrible, my nails started lifting right away and the technician pushed my cuticle back so far that now my finger looks swollen and red...not to mention my nail. My foot however is a different story...she needed to drill off my old shellac set and drilled a hole right through my nail. (Very painful) I wouldn't recommend this place at all! read more

This was the worst shellac manicure I've ever gotten, he cut my nails in the most uneven shape and put so much nail polish my nails look so chunky, and since he didn't understand English he couldn't fix what I was explaining was wrong. Ended up paying 40 dollars for nails I hated. Not to mention the nail salon was so dirty, they had so many bugs flying around. I had a yellow bug fly on my leg that I had to kill. The "tech" didn't soak them -- she drilled off most of it and then she pulled off what was left -- ripping off several layers of my fingernails. I told him he missed some areas and proceeded to polish my skin in an angry manner. He even made faces as if he was bothered he needed to fix and repaint some areas. I told the nail tech several times the nail polish was too thick- she did not know what she was doing and did not know how to get the lighter colors on the nail. I used to go here so much before covid with a lady that did a great job. She's no longer there. However I decided to give them a try with a new lady. From the start I had a feeling it would turn out great. She seemed to be in such a rush and even cut me and stated that my finger was too stiff. Mind you, she says she worked for close to 10 years or more as a nail tech. The entire place seemed to try to be squeezing as many people as possible even if there were no techs available. I guess they're trying to compensate for the time lost during the beginning of the pandemic. My nails didn't last long nor looked good. So disappointed and waste of money. TERRIBLE SALON AND SERVICE! I am in town for work and decided to stop in to get a pedicure and gel mani (which I never got). There were multiple things wrong. I called ahead to ensure that they would be able to get me in for a pedi/gel mani at 7 PM before they closed at 8 PM. The tech who did my pedicure was very unfriendly. She didn't speak any English, which is fine, but every time I smiled at her or tried to communicate she gave me a very dead stare and didn't smile back. I paid for the most expensive pedicure which was mediocre at best (and took forever). I really wanted to relax at the end of a long work trip and five minutes after I sat down three construction workers came in and began drilling, sawing, and speaking very loud. It was ANYTHING but relaxing. So after an unrelaxing pedicure, I had been in the salon for 1.5 hours waiting for my gel mani. I laid it clear twice that I wanted to get them done and when the tech finished my pedi she seemed annoyed that I wanted my mani. If you're not paying for my nails I can change my color as many times I want. 2. My SIL passed by me and she had told me "oh her dress is pretty, why don't you wear a dress?" I wanted a design on 4 fingers and on all fingers they were different. After she was done I told her to take it off I didn't like them. She responds to me with "You should have told me before I started." Well I would have told you but if you just did them ALL the same I would have told you earlier. THEN she takes them off and she cuts me AGAIN and did not tell me sorry. 5. She tried to over charge me. Told me $40 for the nails and $20 for the dip powder plus the design WHEN SHE TOOK IT OFF. So I had asked her that makes NO SENSE. I told her I wanted to talk to a manager to make sure I'm paying the right price and sure enough my set was $45. She tried getting $15 out of me. The 9 employees were taking them off constantly to eat, drink or just sit there. They were also allowing customers to take off their masks.
