The owners of this company are stand-up great people. When I worked for another company, I always referred people to First Class if we were busy. Why? because they held the same values... The customer comes first. The vehicle must be clean!, Everyone from the dispatcher to the driver must represent the company well, being well groomed and polite. Tammy and Co. always checked all the boxes. The co. I worked for is no longer open, as the "new mgt" was.... well, sub-par. First Class is just that... First Class. Dispatch person was not real bright. But, giving the benefit of doubt, we ordered the service. Never showed. Called them after 15 minutes and we were catching the early flight out of Prescott. Got an Uber in 10 minutes. Never asked our name or phone number either. Much training needed and ZERO customer service skills (believe it was Christina). Try another company. read more

Call the taxi service at 7:50 AM for a pick up . They said it would take 10 to 15 minutes and my daughter and I sat outside my house in the Grandville area and waited for over 35 minutes. Nobody showed and I continue to call their main service line and they just said go ahead and wait the driver we'll be there. I scheduled a ride for my elderly father 4 days before the pick-up, I called 3x time to confirm (one time with gate code). It was scheduled for early morning pick-up at 4:40 am. The time came and went, and no one arrived. My father was standing outside waiting. I called them, first I got a message that stated they were on a family emergency and then 15 min later someone picked up and didn't have the ride scheduled! There was no apology, no sense of urgency at all to trying to make this right. Why set it up? I don't get it? My father had to cancel this trip, a family reunion because he wouldn't make the flight. I should have read the reviews more closely. I feel responsible for this botched trip because I chose First Class. First Class let me down and let my father down. This company needs to do some soul searching, what are they here for? I travel all over the US for business and good taxi companies, good drivers, are real value and you remember it makes or breaks a trip. I felt First Class wasn't interested in the customer (my Dad). They probably don't care because its not much money to them, but these are experiences they are creating for good or bad. I called them before 7 a.m. to book a pick up at 7:30, the woman on the phone acted like I had inconvenience her for calling , should have been my first tip that this wasn't going to go well , at 7:30 no one it showing up I called to see if they were on their way and was very abruptly and rudely told he should be there I called again around 7:45 as no one had shown up, and was spoken to very rudely and again was told the driver should be there, obviously if he was here I wouldn't be calling. They've wasted over a half hour of my morning, I had to book with a different Cab company, absolutely the worst experience I've ever had trying to get a taxi oh, I'm not sure how they're still in business. read more

Left me stranded!!!!!!!! I arranged a pickup after a cab ride to an event. When I called to say I needed the pick up at 8:00 pm, they did not answer the phone on multiple calls. We were sitting at the window of Applebees on 69 when the taxi pulled up. It was bringing an elderly man to the restaurant, he was as is often the case with the elderly, slow. However, the driver got out and helped him out of the car and walked him into the restaurant helping to steady the old guy and making sure he got inside safely. I wasn't using the taxi service I just thought the driver deserved an honorable mention. read more

I called last night, and this morning, to verify an 8:45 pick up, to be at work at 9. At 8:55 I called to inquire where my cab was, I was told they arrived at 8:30, and had waited 15 minutes. I then verified that they had been parked in front of the office of our apartment complex, not in front of my building...why didn't I get a phone call that they were there??!! I was told too bad so sad, you're going to have to get another ride. After calling another cab company, I was then a half hour late to work. I was apprehensive of using this service when I saw some of their poor reviews, well guess what, they are true. Also it appears that this service is run out of a guy in his vehicle, not an actual company were they can provide better customer service. First Class Taxi just stranded me here in Prescott. I made a reservation yesterday and they told me they would take me to Flagstaff airport to catch my flight with an in refundable ticket if the roads improved. Weather was bad yesterday but other hotel guests said that they had no problems driving locally this morning and I-17 to FLG is open. My problem is not with First Class not running, it is with them failing to notify me in a timely manner (or at all) that they weren't. I found out the hard way not to trust First Class Taxi and the lesson cost me $277. read more

This guy is a joke. Charged me $80 for a 23 mile ride, and drove like an absolute mad man the whole time. The entire dash in his car didn't have power so he was using a speedometer on his phone the whole time, but he was also switching between other apps. He was totally preoccupied the whole trip, and I felt on edge the whole time. If I could review 0 stars, I would. Heed my advice, take your business elsewhere. read more

They are great! The best cab company in all of this tri-city area of Arizona. I hadn't taken them since last year, but last year, they only charged me about $14 to go from where I lived (off of Sommer Rd.) to Billy Jack's Bar & Grill...I thought that was fantastic!! And that's about a 6-8 mile ride. They are so cool! read more

Well, the ride wasn't as normal as it used to be. Where you found these new drivers is beyond me, The Hispanic male that drove me, is a known junkie that visits dog town often. I find it unsafe to have a ride from a known active junkie. This is worse than any other service around due to that fact. I wish you luck with your new ways of hiring people. Imma tell you...if you've been around this town, you know that Ubers are obviously not that prominent around here. So we called these guys, and John showed up. Just his personality alone is enough to make me quit Uber and go back to cabs! The guy is SO attentive and genuine and cool. He even came in to check on us on our last drink! What a disaster!! Our plans for a 50th wedding anniversary dinner almost ended in complete failure when this company FAILED TO SHOW UP at our home to pick up our party of 11. We had called days in advance, made reservations and were assured by the owners that they would take good care of us. They knew it was a special night and that they would need at least two vehicles. When we called in panic to ask where they were, a driver said "no one told me about this." So, we did what everyone does these days: we called Uber and, boom, three vehicles arrived minutes later. We made our reservation about 15 minutes late, but we got there. Thanks to Uber, boo to First Class Taxi. BTW, we called this taxi company later and asked to speak to the owners. No response. Totally unacceptable. They won't get a second chance. Maybe you should think twice too. read more

On 1-9-16 10 friends and I celebrated a birthday and rented 2 cabs from First Class taxi. One van and a smaller cab. This was my first time getting a cab to go to Whiskey Row. This cab service was fantastic. I cant say enough great things about them. My night was worry free. We hired them for a round trip so no one would have to drive home. They where on time, friendly, the driver was talking to us all the way to town. He was so great about making sure we had a good time. I will always use them to go to whiskey row or any where around town when friends come up from the valley. It doesn't cost much to be worry free about getting home safe. i had a horrible ride with the owners daughter last month from the prescott airport into town. first of all, i was told 15 min wait time and it too at least 45 min. i mentioned this and she was really rude. she was talking on the cell phone or texting or writing on a pad of paper beside her. she drove on the left hand lane the whole ride with cars passing on the right. she denied this when i mentioned it because she was too busy being the dispatcher. at one point i told her i felt so unsafe that i could not continue the ride and to pull over and let me out. she agreed to to use the cell and couldn't help looking at it. she was a a very bad driver and so rude!!!!!!!!! read more

Horrible service on New Years Eve night... My sister called a taxi for 4 of us to celebrate New Years on Whiskey Row. When she was telling the driver where we were located, there was a pause so she asked if he needed directions. The driver gave a snarky no and said he would be there in about 35 minutes. She said okay and asked if he wanted her name or phone number, since some cab companies request it. The driver once again was rude and said, "No, I don't have time for that. Gotta go, bye!", then hung up on her. We realize it's a busy night but thought it was unnecessary to talk like that to us. We decided to let it go and just wait for him. Once he picked us up, he proceeded to tell us how lucky we were to even get through on his phone, that normally they shut their phones off when they're so busy. When we arrived on Whiskey Row, a man was trying to hail his cab and he yelled at the guy, "Jesus, I gotta fare, do you mind!!!?", while throwing his hands up. My sister paid the driver and still tipped him, then he was nice but it certainly didn't seem genuine. We have never had this kind of service with a cab driver before. Good day or bad day, you don't treat people or customers this way, especially when we were kind to you! I will not call First Class Taxi again. read more
