The only thing to watch, and this may be true for many medical practices, is the lab work on yearly wellness visits. For some reason, Mayo tests came through ala carte and cost a fortune the first time. I don't know if that has changed, but I now get a paper script for the bundled tests (CMP, CBC, etc) and take it to Quest.

Finally, I had to see an NP on my last visit that was riding out their days until retirement (pretty much said that) who was completely unprepared for my consultation. I'll drop the rest of the stars and go somewhere else if that happens again. But, I'm holding on to hope and thinking the downward trend is just an anomaly.

After the first appointment for my injections , it was easy to navigate and become familiar with the area. The staff is super friendly and there typically is no wait on most days. It's first come first served with shots as you sign in when you arrive. I've only been 7 times and each experience has been a good one. I like that they have hours to 5:30 on Wednesday and Thursday for me to get my injections. The office is spacious with chairs and a tv.

I was not by such a lovely woman who listened when I said I bruise easily and used a butterfly draw to make it easier. Just a prick. Seamless and quick then I walked out to check in for the x-ray where the experience was similar. I hope I can come to this facility again for some future things like mammograms, x-rays, and bloodwork. I would like to permanently break up with Labcorp. Employees here have all been free, friendly and helpful. The quality of care so far has been excellent.

Office experience: they advised I go to the emergency room. At the emergency they laughed and couldn't understand why urgent care could not have explained how to clean with a wet/ dry dressing and antibiotics. My thoughts are that the experience and skill to handle these things is not at this location. Maybe coughs and sniffles. I'm going to ask for my money back as I had to pay an urgent care visit and an emergency room visit.

Or when I need prescription refill, I am told I must be seen prior to being eligible for refill which is totally understandable. However, my concern is that the physician will leave out of state for multiple weeks at a time and not reach out to her clients to inform them of her absence and PROVIDE ZERO RESOURCES OR REFERRALS leaving her patients without care and medication for an extended amount of time. When I share my frustrations, I am told sorry and I can be seen within 2-3 weeks. I don't even know how this is ethical but I wouldn't waste your time. You are only a number and not a valued patient with this practice.

The Nurse took me right in and made no troubles whatsoever with having to wait in the lobby. Doctor Neuhaus is incredibly intelligent ant calm, making it easy to trust this urgent care for any injury or sickness that comes your way.
