They said it was because the air conditioner was not working. That was the first two phone calls I made to the company. Then they left to get a replacement without explaining anything about the bill to my mother. That was the third phone call I made. They returned 45 minutes later. Mitchell got out of the van and started arguing with me again after I repeated what the HVAC guy said. Then he yelled at me while standing in my front yard. They fixed the switch and left without saying anything else. The air conditioner is now working. That was nearly $300 because the manager took off the $99 dispatch fee. The bills are not itemized because they charge a flat rate. TL:DR - Charged an outrageous amount when technicians did not test anything, argued with my elder mother, and yelled at me.

I thought their prices were extremely high, especially for Bryant, Arkansas, which is a small town with approximately 20,000 residents. I contacted another Heating & Air Conditioning company and they charged a flat fee of $89 to travel to the property and fix the problem, plus labor and costs. I suggest that if you are searching for a business that you go on Yelp and check out the actual reviews that customers have posted prior to hiring a company.
