Knox. It's hard to have confidence in some tellers based on the fact that they haven't grasped the wise saying that you should dress for the job you want and not the one you have. People complain about having to pay for parking here. I agree, paying for parking is bullshit. Welcome to uptown Oxford, where most of the parking is paid. It's gonna cost you a dollar. People complain that they want a drive through but you people need the exercise anyway. Do your banking online. If you have to drive in, get out of the car and talk to the person. 2. No safe deposit boxes. Actually, they do have them. They just won't let you use them. This, also, is some bullshit. And quite frankly it's costing them 2 stars on this review. Because it means I have to use two separate banks. Now the good: The only other review here complains about the ATM being inaccessible, but the ATM is indoors, behind a door that opens if you swipe your debit card. It's actually a very nice setup, especially in the dead of winter. The people here are friendly. Everybody is cool enough. Sometimes you walk into a place and they act like you're inconveniencing them. None of that here. On the other hand, I've never felt pressured here, and it's nice to be able to walk away and think things over and then come back once I've done my own research and made a decision. The people here work with me at my own pace which is great. The place is clean and well furnished/decorated so even though it's tucked into the most awkward little corner, it still feels professional but not formal, which is great. My Chase bank back home had like, 80 televisions in it. And they all showed the same thing, just the Chase logo and some ethnically diverse family that apparently had a mortgage. I don't know why they needed 80 tvs for that. They could have just printed it out. Anyway - you couldn't fit 80 tvs in this place, so they trimmed it down to like 2 or 3 which is still weird. You gotta put something on the TVs, guys. Financial stuff at least. And while the lack of safe deposit boxes is inexcusable, Chase offers just about everything else. No high yield savings maybe, but lots of investment and account options. So yeah it's a pretty good bank. And they'd have five stars from me if they had safe deposit boxes.

Do they design the openings the same with all, or is it the curbs that are too far out with some? In any case, the machine worked as expected and I got the cash, my card, and my receipt without a problem. Entering the lot can be a pain with all of the Main Street and Millville Avenue traffic, but it wasn't too bad, and getting out was much easier via the alley behind the bank and the shopping center.

I can't understand why they are located in stores. All the stores they are located in are not near me. I've had an account here and was told as long as I kept $10,000 in it I would not have to worry about making a recurring monthly deposit. However, now I am being told I have to make a monthly deposit or else I'll be charged a $25 service fee every month. I promptly closed the account as I'm done being frustrated every time I have to visit this bank. I've already been charged $25.00. They won't waive that fee.
