If we are looking strictly at staff, Woodbrook would be an absolute five-star. They all hit it out of the park every single day they work. The location isn't bad for an MSU student with a vehicle, and the price isn't horrible. Sadly, it's a 3-star rating because the apartments themselves feel cheaply built, and you are forced to use STLLER for internet, which was terrible.
