The stylist was friendly and personable, and worked with me to achieve the specific haircut I wanted. Although they were not familiar with the style I had in mind, they were open to my suggestions and looked at pictures I brought in to guide them. I'm usually very hesitant about getting my haircut at new places, but their talent and expertise were blew me away. I usually only get my haircuts back home every few months, but I was very happy with the outcome and felt super comfortable throughout the entire process. I'm excited to have found a place I can trust, and I'm looking forward to returning for my next haircut. They would say, "don't look at it children,. It's hideous!". The children would refer to me as mullet man and make up tales about how I subsisted entirely on mustard and cabbage. Well, I got a hockey flow haircut from Kelly's Kool Kuts as I like to refer to it. After chopping that freaking mullet, people respect me, children want me to play lacrosse with them, and I don't feel like a scuttling rat. Kelly can hook it up. This guy had his toddler running around screaming and had to stop 12 times during a haircut to…read morereign in his child. I normally wouldn't have complained about this but when he asked me what I wanted I asked him to keep my beard longer. Unfortunately he heard "shorter" and just buzzed off my beard. Immediately realizing he didn't ask about my mustache after plowing through it he apologized and said "my head isn't here right now". Defeatedly I sat quietly mourning the loss of my large facially defining beard and he comes at me with a straight razor. When I backed away he got really aggressive and said I scared him. I scared him?! You ever have someone "who's head isn't hear right now" try to edge you up while their kid screams in the back round? No thanks. Offended he began to yell at me and then starts speaking to his coworkers in Spanish while pointing at me. I asked his boss to ask him to stop arguing with me and stop trying to cut my beard anymore. He was rude, absent minded, unprofessional and aggressive. He ruined my haircut, chopped off months of beard growth and had the audacity to charge me. Do not go to this butcher.

I sat and waited 4 hours for her to do my roots and she didn't color my hair the way I wanted it to be. She chose to do it her way. She Is very unprofessional and tells me I flipped out on her when I just wrote her a note telling her how wrong it was what she did. She has worked at several different places complaining that her boss at The hair Doctor gave her a hard time. Then she started working at Sheer Dimensions for a while then decided to leave that salon. Now she currently works at Guys and dolls. She has a crappy attitude and I should be able to get my hair colored the way I want it to be colored and she shouldn't of been doing 3 other customer's hair while I waited 4 hours. If you are reading this Danielle you know I have always given you a good tip and you need to be more professional and stop booking appointments and then doing other customers hair. I shouldn't have to apologize for something you did wrong and messed up, so good luck staying at this hair place as you obviously can't stay in one place since you are very unprofessional.
