This was my first visit to First Lady Nail Salon. I chose it after reading other reviews here. First thing I liked about it was the location and parking availability. I didn't have to worry about on street parking since it is in a strip mall and I was able to get a parking spot in the shade during this terrible heat wave. First impression inside was that it was very clean and popular. Due to other reviews I came prepared with a book, in case I had a long wait, even though I did have a reservation for my pedicure. I was pleasantly surprised when I was taken to a chair after only a 15 minute wait. It had been a while since my last pedicure so I chose one of the spa options "The Vitamin C - Fruity Spa". This was perfect with the callus removal, massage and scrub. Maggie was my technician and she was very sweet and attentive. She brought me a fruit juice of my choice and then began the service. It was so relaxing and well done. It took almost exactly an hour from start to finish (not including drying time). I felt the price was reasonable for what I received. I asked for a flower on each big toe, which I was very happy with - simple, but so cute. While I was waiting for my nails to dry Maggie even gave me a short shoulder massage! Arrived ten minutes early for my scheduled manicure. Waited 20 minutes and then inquired for the second time about my appointment status, the nail tech began my manicure at 6:10 pm. The shop was supposed to close at 7 PM. The tech checked his iPhone 12 times while removing my gel and polish and then got up to get another customer started. He began her manicure TOO while my gel was drying for ten minutes. After being there 40 minutes, I walked out. My time is valuable too. So much for customer service! Received too many manicures to count but was never treated this way! read more

I recommend first lady to everyone. I love their staff and they've never disappointed me. They can get very very busy so I definitely suggest an appointment. They're very clean, i've never had any reaction. They provide a complimentary beverage during pedicures and are always friendly. I can't say i've ever asked for any designs or anything super complicated but my mother has and hers came out phenomenal. read more

We had such a good experience here! And prices are really reasonable for what you get. It's a girl's paradise here-- everything is pastel pink and cute with relaxing studio ghibli music playing in the background. None of us were really familiar with manicures/pedicures but the staff were patient and explained things to us (they focused more on our needs/wants rather than what would charge the most, which I appreciated). They also offered us refreshments and told us to come back if there were any issues with the nails later, and they'd fix it for free. All in all, would def recommend! read more

First last Nails quite literally makes one feel like a first lady when you walk in. I've been there 5 times so far and I said if I had 3 out of 5 pleasant visits that I would remain a customer...I had 5 out of 5 very nice experiences. The Owner & staff are extremely nice and attentive. They have a ton of services and polish colors to choose from. I only get mani/pedi and the price remains consistently the same. I've gone to other nail salons that quote one price over the phone then upsell when you arrive. I ended up paying $70 for a simple mani/pedi at another salon and the polish began to chip the very next day! First Lady's price board is straight forward and the prices are much more realistic than others salons. This establishment is also very clean and brightly lit and spacious and parking is abundant as well. I will continue going to First Lady Nail salon...it's a really classy establishment. I'm glad to have discovered a nail salon that checks all the boxes. read more

Awesome job on toes and nails. Wait times are reasonable and the work is quality. I'm very happy with their dip powder manicures.

Absolutely appalling business, overschedules appointments, makes you wait over 15 minutes when you arrive on time to your appointments, you'll have the manager doing your nails while she decides to leave in the middle of filing and drilling your nails to assist others who just walked in the door while you waited your turn and booked an appointment; and due top her lack of attention her drill might snag your skin and cause you to bleed while she pretends it doesn't happen, charges a 'design' fee for basic French Tip nails, and can't even do two coats of nude coloring to not expose your tips or natural whiting of your nails. A joke of a business, genuinely it would be better to do your nails at home. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Two gel manicures and one pedicure for $180 plus cash tips, is a joke. They deceive you by trying to act friendly but they are not. read more

Salon is clean and pleasant but they overbook and leave you sitting for quite a bit (45 min) even with an appointment. My pedicure was just ok. I paid for the citrus one but never saw the fruit drink or lemon scrub. The 10 minute foot massage was just rubbing lotion on my leg and feet. Toe polish was done well. read more

Worse shape nails I have ever seen. I originally spent $180 and $40 tip and went back in to have them cut down because they look like trash. The owner had me wait an hour and then told me she didn't have 5 minutes to cut them down and make this right..
