In both cases the nurses were rude, not responsive to any questions. A year ago i had the same bead experience with them. Probably, they do it with every patient customer, since that view you as a nasty source of infection. You have to apply the security protocol, but not to ignore or treat the parients unrespectfully. There is a kiosk to check-in, inside the waiting room, The place was basically empty with only 2 people ahead of me. Right before I went to check-in on the kiosk, I got a text from Quest on my phone and all I had to do was click a link and voila, I was checked in! I finally (after a week of trying) got in touch with someone yesterday who ASSURED me they sent over all 6 and then rushed me off the phone. Got to the pharmacy and they hadn't sent over anything!!! Planning on pursuing legal action at this point. Disgusting office and they don't care at all about their patients.
