Great deal on a car drive 3 hours away would recommend to anybody that's looking for a reliable car

Terrible. bought my first lemon here. Over $5k in electrical repairs. Luckily its been about a yr and a half and im just now bouncing back. if you want to save yourself the heartache and hassle. GET A HONDA OFF FACEBOOK! or NEW CAR WITH WARRANTY. WORST DECISION EVER!!! this place is the worst used car lot ever! please! please do re search before going there and handing this man Todd over any moneys for what looks like a good car/ truck for a price of over 5k. I bought a GMC Sierra from this man a year ago, he had it up for 4k, I went in started it right up, everything worked good with the truck atleast I thought It did, I had just moved her from California with my son and wife literally starting over scratch and if you live in Ohio you NEED wheel! it's impossible to get to work and back with out. so I bought my truck in full, as we were signing over there receipt he tells me that he's gonna put down that I bought it for less to avoid BMV charging me an arm and leg to transfer it over my name. I genuinely thought he was being nice and helpful! biggest mistake if you buy a car or truck from this fucking guy make sure he puts the full amount on the receipt he is not helping you in anyway by putting less. The only thing he's doing is making sure when the car ends up on the impound for not being able to register it after the 30 days because he refuses to hand over the title and is committing title fraud when you get your car impounded and can't get it out of the impound because you need full registratio/ or tittle, and only way to get any of those is if you have the title the he knowingly withholds from you. guess what towing fees and storage fees rack up nexk thing ya know the fees are so high you can't afford to take it out anymore, the impound calls him because his name is on as the owner who sold the vehicl since he refuses to give anyone their title, he will just go to impound claim to be the owner and pay the 800$ in fees take it back to his lot and make it a lemon and re sale it! This man is a crook a heartless scammer, drug addict most disturbing person ive ever encounter. He broke ohios law of failing to sign over the ve after 30 days, he won't call or mail you anything to let you know the days are coming up. I drive it for a whole year racked up endless tickets because of expired tags that I cannot renew due to him not giving me my title again "title fraud" I eventually got it taken away and impounded because it has been over a year with expired tags! I figured if I go over and explain to this prof business man that the truck he sold me and I paid full price for has been impounded and I need the title so I can register it under my name and get it out of impound. I figured he's going to go down there with me help me get it out, or give me my title once and for all because again I bought the truck in full, drive it out of lot paid in full, he never contacted me about any fees owed in a year. Now that I need my title he says I owe him 125 in tax fees (which I am happy to pay) and another charge of 135$ for "filling fees" which I can just take it to BMv and pay them to file it for me. Nope he wants me to pay him by force and have HIM file it for me. I didn't have 345$ extra as my impound fees are already sky high I can only afford to register it and pay the impound fees. I figured he's a human being who knows I paid full 4k for my truck. He never once talked about any extra fees or filling fees when negotiating a price. He addded the text on receipt to force me at one point to fork over an additional 345$ after the full 4k for truck otherwise he doesn't return my title. He's extorting me and refused to help me, little did he know Ohio has struck laws regarding title fraud and for people like him who scam good people. after talking to Attorney general paper work has been filed to take him to court, I have all receipt, bill of sale and temp tags he game me all under my name that shows I am the new owner and bought it from him. And I have all the text where he's threatening to "come pick up my truck" if I don't pay him 345$ to release my title. He even sent me a text saying "your truck is now on a list and will be pick up soon good luck" all that is how evidence along with everyone else's stories here who he also refuses to hand over title this man just tore himself a new one and wait! He has more to loose he will loose his license to sell used cars because people like him shouldn't be allowed to sell cars and trucks and scam good people who are just trying to surviv. he knows everyone here paid in full and yet he has a repeated record of withholding people's title because why? because this man is NOT a businessman he is a Crook and sells used cars in full to people k owing he's going to ghost them after 30 days in hopes of them being pulled over for expired tags, and he knows we will need a title to register it and get it out and that's why he withholds it in hopes of us not being able to pay the fees and loose the truck to impound. The impound will then contact him in hope of recovering fees and he will gladly pay the amount because he will then flip it and re sell it for another 5k and the cycle goes on! bought a gmc terrain and it's been sitting for months after it went down after having it for 2 weeks. they block ur calls . they withhold ur title so ur stuck with a lemon car u. can't do anything with . I'm disabled in a wheelchai and needed the car for doctors appointment. They are very unprofessional. Don't go here read more

This car lot is shady and they will scam you.. purchased a 2013 gmc terrain on April 28. 3 weeks later timing chaing went out. Had 90 day warranty that was supposed to cover it was denied cuz they said it was due to wear and tear.. how is that within 3 weeks. Still don't have title. Todd is a liar and a scammer. This company will have you waiting 6 weeks or 6 months to get parts and don't ever have a problem with their cheap parts because technical help is non existent they treat you terrible after buying their product. read more

We drove 4 hours for a car we purchased from this lot. We test drove it and noticed a slight rub during the test drive. I asked them if the breaks and rotors was good, and they said they was. I drive it 4 hours back home get on the interstate and it's everything I can do to get the car to stop the rotors are so bad with my 2 year old in the car. I called multiple times and they ignore my calls. The two times I was able to get ahold of them they said they would call me back and NEVER do. They knew I had my 2 year old with me and still lied about the bad rotors and ignore my calls. I've had this car for less than two weeks and it's already having what we think is transmission problems and have to take it to the shop and pay MORE money on it.
