I needed someone strong enough to transport me from the nursing home to the MRI Center. The MRI Center did not have the capability to assist with a patient my height and size. Jonathan Williams, the owner, actually physically lifted me up and carried me to the MRI table ! When I finally recovered from surgery months later, I called Johnathan to transport me home. My wife has a level 9 pain and we were told to rush to the ER. They promised to get her some Tylenols while we waited and it's been over an hour and they seem bothered every time I ask for an update on the Tylenol. The employee who we are dealing with is Claire T. She refuses to give us updates or a Tylenol and seems annoyed every time I ask. She suspected I took a photo of her and within minutes a PA, an RN and multiple security personal were available to address this "pressing" issue. They couldn't find anyone to get my wife a pain killer for over an hour or see us for 5 hours but had no problem providing an RN for over 20 minutes to discuss their policies relating to photos. I do not recommend this place. Other ERs in the area don't have wait times and are much more helpful. Update: it's now 6 hours and we haven't seen a doctor yet. Update: it's now 7 hours and we have yet to see a doctor

I read many positive reviews then called. It was on a Sunday when my call was answered which says a lot. Many transportation companies are not open on Sundays. The person I talked to was exceptional. Talking to her made my decision to use RCT. The driver was professional and very nice picked us up on time in a beautiful van. It was clean and the long ride was very comfortable.
