Great communication from Cosmo. If it weren't for him the day i got an inspection done i would have been upset leaving this place. Took a vehicle to get an inspection done at 530PM, didn't end up leaving until 7PM with a failed inspection report... The gentleman who was taking care of the inspections for all vehicles the day i brought my vehicle in was careless. I should have trusted my guy not to trust this guy with my vehicle. From the awkward eye contact to the way he treated all three vehicles that were in front of me... Unacceptable. He got in each car and sped each car off switching gears while the vehicles weren't even in park yet. He got to my vehicle at 615PM, barely speaks fluent English. Completed the inspection report, silence this entire time until he took me into pay the $20.00 for the inspection and then after the inspection, he carelessly pulls the vehicle out & tells me at 640PM that the vehicle failed because of the tinted window on the front. I asked why he hadn't just told me upfront being honest that the vehicle would not pass due to the tinted front window & his response was "I don't know I just work here" not once or twice but three times. I was referred to this place by a family friend so this was certainly disappointing. I don't know the gentleman's name who is in charge of the inspections but all I ask is that you avoid coming to this place due to the careless, negative attitude some of these men have! We should be trying to help others not make people feel like they are worthless! After i spoke with Cosmo, I had found out that the guy who did the inspection report & failed it, had just been fined $500.00 due to a previous mistake he made which I feel was an excuse as to why the guy had such a careless attitude... May seem petty but i dont think any type of theivery or dishonesty is okay. But If you're the type of individual that buys aftermarket Tire valve caps, I would suggest you remove them before letting these fellas touch your belongings. This is the second time visiting this place and my caps are missing again. I didn't even leave the place before i ask them about it and they say no they weren't there. Thats flat out lying to me in my face when I know for a fact as I just left two other shops getting quotes and saw my caps on my tires as we discussed options. Not like im out a lot of money, what 20 bucks, but again (principality!) If you value your belongings keep an eye on them when visiting this establishment. They are not honest. What's funny is when this happened the first time I took the time to drive back up there and they located only two of the 4 caps that were missing. I come back, unfortunately remembering my last altercation too late, and they get me for my other 2. I went to this shop at least 5 to 7 times in the last 2 years and every time I go there I get treated with nothing but respect. Cosmo and his staff are great and friendly folks. On top of that their service is excellent, and I have seen them in person do their work. Good people and good shop to get your stuff done for your car tires and others. read more

This is the most disgusting tire changer I have ever seen. Why is there such a shop in the USA. A few months ago when I had my tires repaired, a man I thought was Mexican took the tires off. and said i lost my sensor and need to replace the wheel, it said $65 for the sensor, but i refused because that way i changed 4 new tires at firestone I also brought another car to fix it but I also took it off and said I lost the Sensor while 2weeks ago, I also changed 4 new wheels. I think they deceived me to replace the Sensor for $65 and they charged me $65 for Sensor. I've been arguing with them for more than 15 minutes. If you come here to fix your car, if they say no Sensor, you should call the Police to solve it and will take them to jail. We live. In a civilized and rich country, there should be no such shops and people. read more

Worst tire shop on this planet. The tires are trash and their customer service is horrible. Avoid at all costs

Would never ever go here again! Horrible customer service. The guy refused to fix my flat because I called him rude for walking away from me when I asked if he could patch the tire. Would've never gone here in the first place because I've heard horrible reviews from here but I had to go there because it was the closest tire shop. There are many other better tire shops than this place. If you go here, trust me, they will take your money and probably won't even do a great job for what you're needing. I went to get a tire because my old one was wearing and I was told I needed a wheel alignment which was $50.00. Ok no problem. BUT The tire I received was not much better than the one was having replaced. Anyway my truck is old and I was told it needed parts changed. But I was still being charged for a wheel alignment!! How can u charge me for something I know u couldn't do because the parts are bad!!! Yea a real rip off!!!! Gtfoh I'm a woman but I know that much about a car ... I regretfully have to amend my previous rating. We've done business with this company for several years with no problems, but recently got screwed by them. We bought some new tires for our work van then got it aligned by them. Well, apparently they didn't do any alignment because it pulled very hard to the right. We took it back several times and they said the technician who performs the alignments wasn't there and to come back later. When we were finally able to talk to the technician he said it's because we bought cheap tires. The problem with that is, we bought the tires from them and bought the tires they recommended. He sent us away with the issue unresolved. We took it to another place and they said it's not the tires but rather it takes a special machine to lift a vehicle with our weight and size. They recommended NTB and they were able to do it with no problem. Long story short, we ended up paying this company for a service that they were unequipped to perform and was issued no remedy and no refund. read more
