Recently, I visited this location because I got a flat. The technician informed me that since I didn't have a warranty for the flat replacement, and because the tire model I originally purchased had been discontinued, they recommended replacing the damaged tire with a new model. They also suggested replacing a second tire so both on that axle would match. Even though the second tire was perfectly fine, we agreed to their recommendation. We specifically told the technician to keep the good tire for us so we could take it home as a backup. However, when we returned to pick up the vehicle, we were told the tire had already been disposed of and was no longer at the facility. This was extremely frustrating because we had clearly asked for the tire to be saved. What made the experience worse was how the situation was handled afterward. We were passed around to four different staff members and managers, and not a single person took responsibility or offered a solution. There was no accountability and no effort to make things right. It felt like the focus was only on selling more tires rather than providing honest service or respecting customer requests. Unfortunately, the level of customer service and accountability here was extremely poor. Based on this experience, I would not trust what is promised at this location. Very disappointing.

Tyler was nice but didn't ask for my name, or phone number, the type of car I have or the number of miles on my car, nor what service(s) that I needed. This is totally different than the first 2 times I've been. I wonder if they've changed management because this is not how the first visits went. Tyler was nice but he probably shouldn't be answering the phones until he's trained better. I'll pass and go somewhere else. Too bad.

I filed the complaint on June 12, 2026, and followed up repeatedly. An area manager eventually emailed me, and I provided a detailed written timeline explaining what happened, why I had lost confidence in the Galloway Avenue location, and why I was requesting a refund. Since sending that response, I have not received a substantive decision, status update, or further communication addressing my concerns. My primary complaint is now the administrative handling of the matter. Customers should not have to repeatedly pursue a large company for basic communication after reporting a serious service problem. Even when a company disagrees with a refund request, management should acknowledge the documentation, explain its decision, and provide a clear resolution. The continued lack of follow-up gives the impression that Firestone's complaint process is designed to delay rather than resolve legitimate customer concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Galloway location, and I have serious concerns about Firestone's regional management and customer-service accountability.
