The three gentleman that were there were very nice, they greeted us and made me feel welcomed. Were not pushy like other places they advised me what I needed and that was it. No "extra" hidden fees when I was ready to check out. One gentleman even filled ALL my tires with air & we were on our way. The whole service for my oil change took 16 minutes. I was in and out in 21 minutes. I am telling ALL my friends & family about this place. They just got a customer for life.

I would strongly advise caution before using First Fix Auto Care…read more I brought my vehicle in for an oil leak repair and A/C compressor replacement. They attempted to fix the oil leak three separate times, and it is still leaking. An independent technician later told me it appears they likely replaced only the gasket instead of the full (and commonly warped) cover -- meaning the repair was never going to hold. As for the A/C, it is still not working. Another technician found there was no refrigerant in the system and that there is a leak. Despite this, when I raised concerns, I received the following written response from them: "we've done our part and we've fixed your ac. [sic]" That was the extent of it. There was no acknowledgment of responsibility, no willingness to investigate further, and no attempt to stand behind their work. Instead, the tone was dismissive and defensive. I paid for repairs that were not properly completed. The lack of accountability and professionalism is deeply disappointing. Proceed at your own risk.

So really don't know what is the actual problem with the car? Don't mind getting work done but there is 100% service required for the value charged. I took car for check engine got charged again for Diagnostic of work which was not performed. Total rip off by not sticking to the words and they put a hole in the muffler area so I have to spend money somewhere else for a problem which was not there.
