Call center for Straight Talk in a foreign country. No help, no order number, no invoice, nothing. Went to Security Bank and was told no problem but I needed to wait 30 days to report. I purchased same thing at Walmart since it was Xmas gift. After 30 days I went in to bank and filled out affidavit. A week later Security Bank sent letter saying I was denied and was just out the money. What about the month of service for the phone that was never received nor activated ? Sorry, you are just out. What kind of bank does that to a 70 year old long time customer? You have zero protection if you use Security Bank debit card. My new bank said that should never have happened.

Through legal avenues, I was finally able to get my name on the mortgage account. However, I am now told that I am not allowed to have mobile access to this account. I can only receive a monthly mortgage statement via USPS mail and no transparency of where my money is going, where it has gone, or anything related. I have spent thousands on legal expenses, only to be denied every step of the way. I will never, and I mean, never, use Chase Bank for anything! This situation is ludicrous.!
