My favorite Counselor Corrin is leaving but she has assured me that they are getting two new counselors so I will continue to be in good hands . If you are experiencing problems like anxiety or depression they can help you. Located downtown Lancaster, close to City Hall and close to the Library, it is convenient and parking . Wonderful place to get help.

this is a tough one. the people here have always been friendly when i've interacted with them, but…read morethe quality of care simply hasn't been very good for me. one of my prescriptions can't be set up with automatic refills because it's a controlled substance. so, i have to call in every month. that would be fine if my phone calls were answered or returned within a timely manner, but they aren't. i'm frequently without medicine for a day or two because i can't make contact with the agency. if you need medication management, i'd go elsewhere unfortunately :/

Called Talbot Hall over a week ago to get help for my son. They said they were very busy but we…read moreshould get a call back within 48 hours. We never did get a call back. We followed up with them multiple times and were even reprimanded by one of their admissions coordinators for doing so. To this day they haven't responded to us. People as desperate as we are to get help deserve better. Don't waste your time with Talbot there are other sources in town who actually care about people in need of treatment.

Parking lot is a hot mess and hard to navigate in. Has ample handicapped spots but, fair warning,…read moremost of the people here appear to be handicapped as the spots are usually taken and dont turn over quickly. The regular spots are tight/narrow. (Both in width and in regards to backing out of). People fly in this lot, so be careful. The building itself is older. Its near the city so its a bit of a hike for me and not my favorite OSU location, mainly due to the lot. They have renovated the inside of the building and it looks better than it had five years ago but still many walls are painted in a dismal institutional beige. Checking in is easy. There is a front dest. She routes you to a numbered stall where your information is verified. Then they give you directions to find your docs practice location. Tip: If they tell you go to the Brutus hallway that is aka as "to the right" of the front desk. I saw my sports doc here for an ankle injury: Dr Anthony. He is definitely 5+ stars. He is very good at listening to what is bothering you as well as he is examining/diagnosing/treating the injury. So far, I have avoided surgery, but he does that as well. . Highly recommend him as I have been seeing him since before 2020. He has multiple offices.... Usually see him in New Albany.

Physician, Dr. Joanna Peng…read more When entering the room, she does not give good eye contact or communicate well with her patients doesn't show much concerned about their issues at hand and very quick with answer to your concerns of health. when and if your in pain shows, Dr. Peng has no compassion and her staff, including Nurse by name of Kaitlyn, Is also very rude to patients as well hopefully Management will speak to her self Dr. Peng and staff to be more professional and caring to patients. Of course, every patient has to make their own decision, but I do not recommend this physician to anyone's care. We all have moments where we are not having our greatest day, but should never be brought to work. Always care for others, and of course, patients should always show respect to staff as well.

I arrived at my appointed time and was greeted by the front desk associate. I wanted to leave after her poor treatment of me. She told me about the 15 minute arrival time and I explained but she said they have to tell everyone that. Cool, but there was nothing I could do about it at that time. She was snooty and gave me the side eye when I glanced at my phone. Granted, it is difficult to communicate these days with masks on, but I felt she was frustrated with me by making her repeat herself on a few questions. Had I not had a more pleasant experience after this, I would not return. BTW the only paperwork was a one pager that took 30 seconds to complete. Dr. Meleski and her medical assistant were super nice and I absolutely appreciated their kindness.

Only two doctors in this office. It's very clean and everyone is nice, professional and customer-oriented. The office is very clean. Certainly no complaints in this area. The receptionist greets your quickly and professionally. We were seen almost immediately (2-3 minutes). The nurse is also pleasant and nice. She is efficient, knowledgeable and quick. My wife had blood drawn quickly and easily which is rare. There are usually some kind of issues but NOPE. Not with this nurse. She was attentive and funny. Dr. Meleski seems to be busy. She is not as personable as some doctors I've had but, she gets the job done. Overall, we are satisfied.
