I remember coming here in the past for dinner at Atlantic Seafood & Dim Sum. I would love to return here more often to explore the many food options it offers (see below). Residences are on the upper floors. All shops, restaurants, and entertainment are primarily on the bottom floor. Gram, Sunmerry and Hong Kong cafe are most well known bakeries. Among restaurants, there are dim sum, hot pot, k-bbq and noodles house spots. Multiple bubble tea store are there including Hey Tea. For shopping, there's not many option, just few local stores and a Daiso.

However, there are parking enforcers, so don't park here longer than 4 hours or else you'll get a ticket. Better yet, don't leave your car here overnight, your car will totally get towed. The parking spaces are pretty wide and big. On the first floor, it's only 20 minute parking. So if you are parking longer than 20 minutes, move your car elsewhere or else you'll get a ticket. This is probably one of the top urine smelling parking structures I've been to, but I guess it depends which stairwell you have to exit from, since I've been spared this a handful of times (not all the time). People speed in here and are pretty reckless too, so keep your head on a swivel, or better yet, just park on the roof. Some of the lower level spots can get a bit tight. Take your parking pass ticket with you so you can pay at the machine before leaving. You don't have to insert the ticket again because nowadays, most parking lots use Big Brother technology to read your license plate and identify if you've paid or not (I'm assuming). $1 for 2-ish hours is not bad! Especially if you're just in and out to grab a quick bite or to do some shopping. Random, but don't get suckered into going to the Church of Scientology right next to the parking lot pedestrian exit. I saw cookies and almost walked in immediately.

De Lacey Garage is 1 of 3 "Park & Walk" city-owned garages that offers the cheapest rates in the area; Schoolhouse Garage (33 E. Green St.) & Marriott Garage (48 N. Raymond Ave.) are the other 2 sister garages. Both De Lacey & Schoolhouse (1 block east) Garages are more centrally located in Old Town, whereas Marriott Garage is at the edge across from Memorial Park. Rates (as of April 2026): $1: 1st 2 hours $2/hour thereafter $12 daily maximum Or if you truly don't want to pay, you could walk a few blocks west & park at Ralph's (320 W. Colorado Blvd.); however, I'm not sure how vigilant the supermarket is about towing if you're not a customer. When I was a student at Pasadena City College, there was free street parking & limited free time in parking garages in Old Town Pasadena. Since 07/2022, the longstanding 1st 90 minutes of free parking in city-owned parking garages were eliminated & a new policy was implemented to $1 for the 1st 2-hours to fund maintenance & repairs. I was in the area for a Yelp event & wasn't sure if I can find free parking nearby & with my time constraints to return in time for my daughter's swim meet, it was easier to use a parking garage. Luckily, De Lacey Garage is just around the corner of Lather so it was perfect! When I returned to my car, I had a hard time spotting the payment kiosk(s) since there's notices that state you need to pay first before attempting to exit. There was no kiosk by the stairs & elevator, which would be a sensible location to place a kiosk since it's an exit point. I looked at both ends & didn't see one, so I drove to the exit & paid there. It wasn't until I checked the reviews that there's only 1 payment kiosk & it's located at the ground level. If you're planning to dine or shop in Old Town Pasadena, I recommend parking here at De Lacey Garage or Schoolhouse Garage; they're centrally located & cheaper than metered parking.

It feels super easy and safe to park in this structure. There are multiple levels with plenty of spots. I have never had any issues parking here. It is walking distance to tons of businesses. When you are ready to leave, you can pay at the ticket machine or when you exit. Both credit card and cash are accepted.

Easily manageable to drive around to find a spot as well as a car cleaning service in the basement level. Only condition to speed up the process is to pay at one of their machines before you go to your car. The exit gate can scan your license plate and the gate lifts itself, very streamline.

Universal Bank is also here, but it is not as prominent. Mr. Baguette is in a building on the street... and so is Jim's Bakery... Another building (yes - there are several buildings here) at this mall houses NutriShop, SW Merchant, and MPJ Nail Spa. I actually parked under this building. Because... Even though there's free shared parking... when it's full, look for the Additional Underground Parking. Some of the spaces at the Underground Parking are covered! Enjoy!

The restaurant is still here and probably took over most of the small stores for their space. There's a boba shop, a gym, bakery, and a few other businesses here. Remodeling this plaza, not a mall, really looks good. Fixed all the parking spaces with clear lines. Not like anyone knows how to park but helps to know where my space starts and stops.

While walking the place, I found they had so many other Asian brand stores like Miniso, Meet Fresh, Uniqlo and Kinokuniya bookstore. But most surprising of all was finding a whole 99 Ranch inside the mall. After dinner, we did some shopping here. Later at night, I came back here to play some games in Dave & Buster's. But the signs can improve a bit for better direction. I was so confused how to get to the parking near D&B entrance. Also, the parking garage seemed under maintained. But overall a really great place for both locals and tourists.

Second, the…read moreGold Line is no more, and this station is now the eastern terminus of the E Line (it was formerly the the southeast terminus of the Gold Line and then the eastern terminus of the southern half of the severed Gold Line)--new experience and all. PARKING STRUCTURE It used to be free on weekends, but it no longer is. That's kind of annoying, but $3 for three hours is pretty good. There are plenty of parking spaces. You can use the Metro app to pay for parking, or you can use the machine on the first level. If you use the machine, you'll need your license-plate number, so either memorize it or take a photo of it before you go downstairs. There's only one pay station. I believe parking is free from four a.m. to eleven a.m., but I may just be misreading things. You would end up paying way more for parking (and gas) if you drove to your final destination, so don't complain about a dollar an hour. Unfortunately, there's only one entrance to the parking structure, and you have to be heading southbound on South Atlantic Boulevard to enter, so even though the address of the station itself and its platform are technically on Pomona Boulevard, you'll need to approach on Atlantic from the north to park. Trust your GPS in this one case. The elevator is Peesville, USA, so don't use it if you don't need to, and don't touch anything with your bare hands. E LINE If you want to go from East L.A. to Santa Monica for $1.75 (or $0.35 if you're a senior outside of rush hour), this is your stop! I've yet to make that entire trip, but I've now traveled to two Notre Dame-USC games from here. The first time, it was to Jefferson/USC Station to see the Notre Dame women dominate the No. 3 Women of Troy at the Galen Center. The second time, a week later, to Expo Park/USC Station to see the Notre Dame football team punch its College Football Playoff ticket against a defenseless Trojan defense. Atlantic was our starting and returning point on both occasions, and it still scores three stars as a station. They need more fare machines. At the eastern (parking-structure) end of the platform, there are only two. Because the machines are so complicated, this is nowhere near enough, especially at the beginning/end of a line. My other complaint is that the distance from the eastern end of the platform to the parking structure is ridiculously long. I never noticed this before, but then I had never ridden the train with someone who couldn't easily walk long distances before. When the E Line gets extended farther east (all the way to Whittier!), they're actually going to rebuild the platform southeast of where it now sits. I hope they take walking distance from parking to the new platform(s) into account.

An extra $2 plus $1.75 in one way fare is still reasonable enough to avoid the headache of driving and parking in downtown.

They have the entire second floor of the central building with a wide selection of items and my dad liked just browsing the place. Parking is plenty in the underground with 2 levels, but there's also a large parking lot just on ground level. There's also a Tesla charging station here which is convenient and since it's far from the stores there's also more parking available the farther you are.
