Tried this First Watch location for the first time and decided to switch things up from our usual orders--and it definitely paid off. We joined the waitlist and were seated within about 15 minutes, which was quick and set a great tone. The restaurant was spotless, and our waitress truly stood out--friendly, attentive, and made us feel taken care of the entire time. The food had some real standouts. The Elevated Egg Sandwich was incredible and easily the highlight of the meal. The potatoes were cooked perfectly--crispy, well-seasoned, and honestly some of the best I've had at a brunch spot. The warm syrup was a small detail but made a big difference. And the passion fruit donut holes? Absolutely addictive--we were already wishing we had ordered more. There were a couple minor issues. The eggs on the Tri-Fecta were ordered medium but came out more well done. Still flavorful, just not exactly as requested. The tacos were also very good, but the corn tortillas kept falling apart, which made them a bit difficult to eat. First watch has a number of healthy choices in addition to really decadent selections. My bravocado omelette was excellent and the greens that came with it were fairly substantial. On June 24th, I visited this restaurant for the first time. Shana, a friendly staff member, greeted me warmly upon my arrival. She promptly brought me menus and asked if I'd like anything to drink, which she delivered without hesitation. While I was perusing the menu, Shana went to another table, but she returned quickly to take my order. My Farmhouse Hash arrived in about 10 minutes, and it was delicious. Shana checked in with me a few times during my meal, but she didn't hover, which I appreciated. The restaurant was spotless, with a diligent cleaning crew ensuring a hygienic environment after each patron's departure. However, I noticed a minor issue: the restroom water was trickling out during my handwashing. I promptly informed an employee about this problem, and she promptly called out to someone, likely the manager. It was reassuring to witness the staff's attentive response and the swift action taken to address the issue. The food was quickly delivered at the right temperature and tasted wonderful. The staff was generally friendly and attentive, even though the restaurant was moderately busy. Shana, in particular, stood out as a fantastic employee. Arrived for lunch during the week around 1:00. Place was busy, but we were seated quickly. This is a new location for this chain. The food and service were very good, which I have found is consistent with other locations. We ordered a seasonal pumpkin spice coffee cake which was delicious. Next we both had a breakfast sandwich special, the maple bacon croissant with bacon, eggs and sausage. This was so good that it should be on the regular menu. The coffee was hot and good. Finally got to try this new First Watch. Went on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch. The restaurant is new, clean and lovely. The server was excellent, friendly and provided great service. Aside from the regular dining tables and chairs, this location has a breakfast bar that opens to the outside. You can sit on the inside at the breakfast bar and look out or you can sit on the outside at the breakfast bar and look in. They also have outdoor seating. The restaurant has a separate side entrance pick-up door for to-go orders which is convenient. For lunch I chose the 2 For You lunch special. I had a half sandwich & a soup. The Roast Beef & Havarti, which is described off the menu as: Roast beef, Horseradish, Havarti cheese house-roasted onions and tomato with lemon-dressed arugula on grilled Parmesan-erusted sourdough. Horseradish sauce on the side. Tomato Basil Soup, which is a creamy based tomato soup. Both were delicious. The sandwich was a half sandwich but was packed with all of the above. It was a substantial size for half, in my opinion. This location also has a separate, additional limited time menu that changes with the seasons. It offers dishes & drinks that the restaurant is trying out. I enjoy the fact that I can go there and try new menu items. If the items are popular they will make it onto the menu. Off the Endless Summer Menu we ordered a chocolate chip coffee cake. It was served warm with melty chocolate and the size was more than enough for two people to enjoy. It is described on the menu as: Freshly baked chocolate chip coffee cake topped with buttery cinnamon crumble and chocolate salted malted butter. Lightly dusted with powdered cinnamon sugar. It was dangerously delicious! My husband and I enjoyed our lunch and our visit to this new location. I would definitely choose this location again. read more

Horrible service and everything we ordered was incorrect. Our server Lexi definitely needs some training. I came in on a Tuesday morning where it wasn't busy there was a large party besides us so being busy was not a factor here. We started with coffee which was room temperature not hot. Then we ordered the avocado toast, farmhouse hash and kids waffle with chocolate chips. Each other was made incorrectly or missing something. I got a pesto quinoa bowl which was perfectly seasoned and filling. I also tried a morning meditation juice, which was bursting with flavor. Service was quick and attentive. My first time visiting the town of Brandon and at First Watch. I had my fair share of breakfast spots and First Watch is on the top of my list of breakfast spots. I recommend everyone to go to a first watch restaurant to eat a good, fresh, made to order breakfast items. I ordered the Trifecta and the eggs are cage free and the waffles are made to order. Good things: The atmosphere was great, very family oriented, there were a few truly healthy choices. Service was real professional and friendly and price was very reasonable. Why I would never go back: I ordered the Tomato Basil soup and the Healthy Turkey sandwich. The soup was obnoxiously sweet, and no one knew whether it contained dairy products or not. Their 'Healthy Turkey' sandwich would be more fairly called a 'Caramelized Onion Wrap'--there was almost no turkey, and no sandwich bun, just two toasted cheap bread slices like the kind you can buy at a convenience store (a bag of 50 slices for a dollar). The omelette was advertised as made from 'free-range chicken,' but it was tasteless (not bad, just tasteless). It had so many caramelized onions in it wrapped by the omelette that I was shocked. One of my kids tried something with oatmeal, but she couldn't eat much because it was super sweet, even for her. If that wasn't enough, it came with blueberry muffins. The only reason I chose this place was the hope of finding a healthy-oriented place, just like the entire Europe is. I was disappointed, our unhealthy culture of not going organic and having a sweet tooth for every thing and on everything, it was pretty much dominant here as well. read more

We decided to give this spot a try just bc they are new and every breakfast restaurant location in Brandon always has a 45 min wait. I must say they did a very good job on the remodel. It has a totally different vibe. There is inside and outside seating. Community table and a coffee bar. Food was as per usual. It did take a bit longer. The manager was kind enough to stop by and let us know a pancake was overcooked so they were making us a new one. We visited around 11am on a Sunday. Just be careful pulling into the shopping center because there's a S-bux in the same vicinity as FW and people drive aggressively. No one would let me into the right lane. Once I was in the parking lot, bingo! Got a parking spot relatively close to the entrance. The restaurant itself was clean, spacious, well lit and modern. The hostess was pleasant and sat us right away. Our waitress came over soon after we were seated. Not sure if she was new, a few times we asked for the same side and had to wait quite a bit for her to check in with us. She was nice and did a good job overall. I ordered food to-go and here's what made my visit pretty disappointing...the Power Breakfast Quinoa Bowl is supposed to come with Italian sausage and I was VERY excited to surprise my boyfriend with breakfast because he was at home working hard on a Saturday. Side note: he has had bad luck finding Italian sausage for whatever reason in this area for weeks now lol. So anyways, I got him all excited for this sausage only for us both to be wondering where is the sausage?! Boyfriend finished the bowl, not nearly as satisfied as he would have been with the sausage but he enjoyed it. All in all, I love First Watch and would return to this location but make sure when the waitress/waiter is at your table you ask for everything you may need so you're not waiting for them to return 30 minutes later. Loved the chicken potato mix with the over-easy egg/cojita cheese. The B.E.C. sandwich was also really good. The sourdough bread was delicious, with plenty of eggs. Both of these entrees should become permanent fixtures. I want to start this review off with I myself am a server and understand the stress that comes with working in a busy/ fast paced environment. With that we (party of 2) waited 30 minutes to be seated, not a problem it was pretty busy in there. The host greeted us at our table explaining she was helping our server because he was busy with another table again understandable we gave her our food and drinks to make things easy on him. The food runner came over with our drinks then later came out with our food (still haven't seen our server) few minutes later he comes over no introduction just asking if we need anything, food was good so we said no. This is where I'm annoyed he continued to circle his THREE tables 7 top, 4 top and us 2 top, pestering us if we needed anything then not even half way into our food he brings the check and lets us know we wanna get out here quick because they are "so busy" keep in mind he has 3 tables, he's not greeting his tables, he's not running his food or drinks but he rushing us out. If there's multiple servers with small sections and there's other people running drinks and food there should be no excuse for the poor service on his part and I'm very disappointed. read more

Delicious food and service, i had the lunch special which i then chose the "Monterey Sandwich" i believe it was called, with the "Avocado Chop" salad. I absolutely enjoyed the salad it was very filling and i could barely eat the sandwich, but a less ham could have been used :) overall my experience was great and our server "Nicholas" was great! The prices were very nice, however my only complaint would be the french toast, it wasn't very good in my opinion felt mushy and not very flavorful. Otherwise i had a great first time/experience! We ordered drinks but didn't get straws so we waited a longgggg while to finally get a chance to ask for some. Server was pleasant but was hard to flag down as we didn't see her after she gave the straws and gave us the check at some point. Payment was with a QR code so didn't see her for that either.
