I have currently been obsessed with Foxtail's holiday drinks specifically the gingerbread banana latte and also the crème brûlée latte. I place my orders through the app so when I get there, my drink is usually ready. Inside it's definitely a hotspot for people to work as you look around you can see people on laptops or tablets studying and it's usually pretty relaxed inside. Also The staff is very friendly. Yesterday I ordered my daughter a cake pop as well as my latte but unfortunately, they were out of the flavor she chose so when I got there, they greeted me and explained to me what was going on, but already had a cookies and cream cake pop ready in case she wanted it which she did and she enjoyed the chocolate cake with the cookies and cream icing cake pop. :) I will definitely be back. read more

I stopped by several times during our moving week and even purchased a $50 gift card so I could grab coffee on the go each morning. Unfortunately, it just didn't live up to expectations. The bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was tiny for almost $7, and while it looked decent, it definitely wasn't worth the price. The coffee tasted watered down every time I visited, which was disappointing considering Foxtail's reputation for good quality. To make things worse, the staff wasn't friendly at all. Each visit felt rushed and unwelcoming, and it really took away from the experience. I kept hoping it would get better, but it never did. I moved to Riverview a couple months ago, and finding this coffee shop was a win for me, I'm crazy about nice, cozy little coffee shops with good chai and coffee, and this is my new spot! The menu is great, I'm coming back for sure to try some sweets too, they look soooo delicious. I ordered an iced chai tea latte and it was so good, that's one of my favorite things to order in coffee shops like this one, and it was delicious and very well balanced, the service was very nice as well, they were very attentive and nice! We have been to this location a few times now. They always mess up something here. Our family normally orders our drinks with oatmilk and both times we have been here recently they gave us whole milk... Luckily, we do not have allergies but that is something they need to take more seriously (though we may not be lactose intolerant, there are people who are). I'm stuck between rating it a 4 and a 5 but I'll give it a 5 since nothing really "wrong" with it. It's smaller than riverview south and gets busier. There's maybe 5 spots for wfh and it's pretty tight quarters compared to the space at the south location. Coffee is good still and staff is kind and welcoming! The table I sat at in the front on the right was wobbly which was distracting but manageable. They have nice clean bathrooms and a little free library (book exchange) on their shelves! Very cute. Take a book leave a book. If I come back I'll definitely bring a book to share. They also had two tables outside which is perfect for this cooler weather to enjoy being outdoors. read more

I've been wanting to try this coffee shop out for a while and finally got the opportunity on a Saturday. It was busy when I arrive around 1030am. The seating was limited as it was filled with other coffee lovers. The staff were polite but not overly friendly. I was offered recommendations which was helpful. The decor was pretty and looked quite rustic. There were lots of wooden tones and wood throughout. I felt quite cold while I sat in there but it was tolerable. I ordered a cold brew with agave sweet cream foam. It did taste good however I didn't taste a whole lot of espresso in mine. It was pretty meh on the coffee strength. The drink tasted okay and I'd order it again in another flavor. The bathroom was cute! They had 2 available with one being cleaned as I walked by. I would go back and give them another go! I really wish this was our first stop rather than our actual first stop but that's ok. With a recommendation, I chose the maple pancake latte and it was nice and tasty and cozy. We visited Foxtail Coffee every morning during our stay at the nearby Hilton Garden Inn. The coffee was free at our hotel, but Foxtail was just too good to pass up. Their Cafe con Leche was delicious iced or hot with sweetened condensed milk. My daughter ordered the Dipplo (sp?), and it comes it the cutest little cup. The baked goods we tried were good too. But watch out if you sit on the taller wooden chairs. They were a little shake and loose, and my daughter almost fell off of one. read more

Came this past Monday for the macchiato. However, I don't think the guys know how to extract expresso properly because mine came out too acidic (unless that's how they prefer to serve it, then it's terrible)! I saw the barista scoop some of the espresso out as well, which was weird. I should have have asked him to redo, but I had to leave. So disappointed. read more

Came here for a quick breakfast. Sign of a good place is the long line of locals. But don't fear, Augustina in the register was taking orders at a rate of knots and getting through the line very fast. All without compromising friendly, helpful customer service and also with a genuine smile. For those with allergies they have the options of Oat, Almond and Soy Milk. This information was volunteered to us by Augustina without our prompting. We got the Holiday Cookie Latte and the Cafe Con Leche which were amazing. The Con Leche was my 3rd choice as they were out of the eggnog latte and the macchiato was not a traditional macchiato as the mermaid company in Seattle does it. We also got the option of sugar or condensed milk as sweetener. Again, this was volunteered to us. Food options are limited, with muffins, croissants and bagels, cookies and loaf cake. The oatmeal creme cookie is to die for and in another league to the store bought ones. We also got a muffin and croissant. They have an option to heat them up. Augustina's two worker bees making the orders were very hard working and did not stop, making sure the wait wasnt too long. Alex and one other whose name I didn't get . All said and done we were in here for about 15mins before we walked out with our order. Bonus points for the cleanliness of the venue. It was impeccably clean. read more
