Upon entering I notice they have outdoor seating they looked to be set up for year round and indoors had a lot of seats booths and tables as well. My sis aka bestie said we caught them on a good day because it can be packed.Came here and had brunch with the bestie. Let's dive on in the food to be honest it was alright a little heavy handed on the goat cheese, and a bit bland I gave it a little TLC once I made it home with some herbs and spices portions were great though. The dragon fruit drink was tasty though my sis enjoyed it and I had a coffee drink served cold with whip, crunch and caramel it was delicious but to sweet for me I couldn't finish. Overall it was cool a solid spot for breakfast or lunch.

Pretty disappointed in the situation at First Watch today. It was extremely busy, as anticipated, so I understand a long wait time. What I had a hard time with is how inaccurate their estimates were - again, I understand they cannot give me a precise time until a table will be ready. However, given the demand for seating, I think they can work on estimating wait times. We were told 30-45 minutes. Waited an hour before asking for an update, in which they said we still had 6 parties in front of us. Frustrating, yes, but we knew this wasn't in their control. So we ordered take out which estimated our wait to be 10 minutes. We went in to pick up when it said it would be done... and the app kept adding on a minute, then another minute, then another etc. We ended up getting our food 35 minutes later. I know this management understands the demands on a Saturday morning, and we would have appreciated a more honest (or even over estimated) wait times. We spent almost two hours of our morning waiting for service that was far inaccurate. Icing on the cake was receiving the incorrect drink... ordered a morning meditation and didn't seem to get the meditation part (it was just OJ). The food still tasted delicious, but would recommend working on more accurate estimates... especially on the things you can predict - to go orders' ETA.

Pomegranate Sunrise

Server was great and food came out quickly after we ordered. However it was a little lukewarm l. The Pomegranate Sunrise was a great drink. My Strawberry Tres Leches French Toast was amazing and the million dollar bacon was a great addition to my French toast. Overall the experience was great.

always had a great experience at all the first watch locations i've been to. staff and service was outstanding and food was great. the chickichanga and blueberry pancakes were delicious. we sat outside and they also had heaters which kept us warm. the indoor dining and outdoor dining area are both cozy and beautiful.

Second time here, I really enjoy the food here. Everything tastes fresh. Would go here more if it wasn't so pricey$$ ... nice for a special breakfast place though

Power Wrap

For a chain restaurant in an outdoor shopping area, not too bad. Comfortable seating, a little loud but overall on trend and inviting to all. The coffee was warm not hot like it had been sitting in the carafe a tad too long. I ordered the power wrap, it was decent. Service was slow to start but after beverages were served, on point. I recommend going early, around 1000 is when it gets busy.

I come here on occasions, the food is always good and full of flavor. Good place for breakfast, stays crowded

What a GREAT restaurant! While visiting Fayetteville we had breakfast here. I ordered the Chickichunga, which was chicken, chorizo, avacado wrapped in a flour tortilla. It was a difficult choice since the menu had so many options! Absolutely delicious. The service was wonderful. Our server was friendly, open to questions about the menu and made great reccomendations. I loved the old school style of leaving the coffee pot and syrup bottle on the table. Haven't seen that in awhile! Overall, great experience and food. If I lived here, I'd definitely be a regular!

Went here on a Thursday morning around 10 and couldn't believe how busy it was. Service was really slow and not very friendly. Food was ok; the omelet was fairly good, but the mixed greens were a weird combo.

We went on a day off for both of us which never happens. Did online checkin and got there and was immediately sat outside. We had our dog with us so it was perfect. The food was so good, the pancakes were huge and so yummy I ate them the second day because I was so full from one. The only bad thing and that's for people who may be allergic and that was the bees or yellow-jackets were everywhere. I thought it was funny that they kept climbing into the cup and we fished them out. But for someone who is allergic or terrified it might be a dealbreaker.

Watermelon Wakeup-- Watermelon, Pineapple, Lime Juice and Mint

August 15, 2023 my son and I (while visiting with my Aunts) decided to have brunch at First Watch. (My son and I have eaten at First Watch in Philadelphia, PA) My Aunts, my son and I decided to have brunch at First Watch before heading elsewhere to spend our afternoon. The restaurant was bustling and busy. However, the wait time was not long. We were seated in a booth, given menus to peruse. A waitress came over quickly to take our drink orders and give us more time with the menu. I chose: -- Watermelon Wakeup-- Watermelon, Pineapple, Lime Juice and Mint | Orange Juice -- French Toast -- Custard-dipped, thick-cut brioche bread with whipped butter, powdered cinnamon sugar and warm mixed berry compote, Home Fries and Scrambled Eggs with Cheese -- | Fruit Cup The Watermelon. Wakeup (which was on their summer menu) was deliciously good. It should stay year-round. The Orange juice was tasty, without pulp and not to sweet, yet not too tarty. The French Toast came by itself and I had to add the Scrambled Eggs with Cheese and Home Fries. I basically ordered TWO meals. Still delicious and I will order it again. Waitress did not harass us during our meal, yet checked on throughout. No hovering. Loud ambiance due to groups of people throughout the restaurant. Nice breakfast | brunch spot. Would return to this location next time I'm in Fayetteville, NC

This isn't a negative thing, it just caught me a bit off guard. Once inside, there are menus posted while you're standing in line. Luckily, there was no line, so I was just standing up front like a lost idiot trying to figure out what to order. I ended up going with one of the seasonal biscuit options along with a coffee. The food itself was good, comforting, filling, and exactly what you hope for when biscuits are the main event. I remember enjoying the meal and leaving satisfied on the food front. The coffee, however, didn't really match the food. It was expensive for the size and quality, and while it wasn't terrible, it wasn't memorable either. Given how well the biscuits delivered, the coffee felt like an afterthought. The place itself is nice, clean, and has a relaxed vibe, and it wasn't very crowded at the time. There were some people inside, but not enough to justify how loud it got. A guy was asleep inside with his phone blasting whatever video he was watching, and no employee ever addressed it. I'm fairly certain he wasn't a customer, and it definitely disrupted what was otherwise a pleasant atmosphere. Overall, Maple Street Biscuit Company is a solid breakfast or brunch spot. I'd come back for the food, but next time I might skip the coffee and hope for a quieter dining room.

The waffles were hard as a hockey puck and they were asked to be cooked to be softer when ordering. Well when we ask for our checks to pay, the guy that is at the front offered to take the waffles off the bill since they were remade twice and still not touched, the waitress (I would say the main lady there) got upset because the waffles were being taken off so she stormed off and passed the card machine to another waitress to finish paying. Places like this include mandatory gratuity on all checks but the service don't match. I will say the chicken was good, that's about it.

A very good friend of mine, a lovely lady in her 80's who's also known the siblings for years and who's been a very good customer and extremely kind to all of them for were meeting for breakfast on 5/17/26. I kingly spoke to Rita and told her my friend was already seeded so I politely told Rita I was going in join my friend who was already seated. Rita is the only one I spoke to that morning besides our server. I had some food left after we finished breakfast so asked for a to go box as well as a cup of coffee to go. Then all hell broke loose!!! The next thing I know I heard Rita YELLING, "He asked for a to go box!!!". Then Spero and Rita started screaming at each other then I heard them say my name. Spero comes out from behind the grill, sprints over to our booth, learns down, gets right in my face then starts screaming and cursing at me very loudly in front a full restaurant of customers as well as my dear friend!!! I was shocked then Rita started screaming a d cursing me from across the restaurant!!! After a minute or I stood and also started screaming and yelling back at Spero and Rita!!! My friend was absolutely terrified and in shock!!! I'm not proud of my reaction but I give what I get and I'm not the type of person to sit there and take it!!! Finally Spero yelled at me to "Get the fuck off his property" then something along the lines of he take if me outside and take care of me!!! I obliged him and followed him out the door!!! My friend was shaking and terrified as we went outside while Spero threatened to "beat my ass" while we booth screamed and yelled at each other!!! I told him to please hit me that I've always wanted to own a restaurant!!! Spero finally went back inside and I tended to my friend who was shaking like a leaf and terrified!!! I calmed her down then we got in our vehicles and left. I realized I forgot my glasses and Rita was standing at the door when I went back yelling to me as I stepped out of my car, "Get the fuck off my property, you Motherfucker!!!", I told I would be if she would bring my glasses. She came and said they weren't there and cussed at me until I drove away!!! The previous Sunday another friend went to Fireside about 9:15am when he was told by server told they were closed for the day and yhat the siblings had been fighting and Spero left!!! I've heard many stories of their horrible behavior for years but I'd never before seen it up close nor been the victim!!! Nanda is the only one of them I've never heard anything horrible about. Rita and Spero are severely unhinged, especially Rita!!! In my opinion she's rude, nasty, hateful and crazy and someone that doesn't need to be in the restaurant business. She's had a constant. turnover of servers for years!!! I also believe Spero was on something that morning!!! Both of them need professional medical help!!! My friend will NEVER darken their door again!!!
