My husband and I went to First Watch this morning and we're told it wouldn't be a long wait. Well, while we were waiting I started not feeling well and thought I was going to be sick. I went to the host to ask if they had any crackers and to my surprise he said "hang on, I have something!" He went to the back, grabbed a piece of bread, toasted it and brought it out to me with a napkin. Honestly it was above and beyond what I was expecting. Then, even after we were seated, he came over and checked on me. Towards the end of the meal, I asked if he was the manager and not to my surprise, he was! Steven introduced himself and gave me his card. To see the manager working on the front lines with the staff and going above and beyond for a customer was pretty cool! I would highly recommend coming here, not only because the foods great and it's clean, but because of the staff! read more

Love this chain that I first discovered in Destin, Fl. This location is tucked into a mixed use condo/ business building in the middle of a residential neighborhood just 1 block to the Gulf beach. If you didn't know it was there, you'd miss it! Food is very consistent. That really focus on fresh and organic. They make you feel healthy about pancakes! I have had many breakfast items and lunch. Good breakfast. Nice view of the water. Parma hash was excellent. Also ordered eggs beni my fave... They had 3 choices. I dont like tomato so I asked if they could substitute it with avocado which they nicely did free of charge. So I got a generous amount of ham (not canadian bacon) and avocado with a semi bland hollandaise. It was good, but if you are a beni fan it didn't really cut it... Today was our first visit. My wife hade the triathlete which she said was full of great flavors and a healthy choice. I had the Parma skillet dish. Also great. The outside deck was great with fish jumping (the day before there was a porpoise family according to our waitress). Server Joanne was great attentive but not annoying despite the fact we stayed for over two hours catching up with a friend I hadn't seen in twenty years that we met there for breakfast. We always make a stop at First Watch before heading to Lowdermilk Beach for the day. While there always seems to be a crowd gathered outside, the wait is always short. I got the bacon avocado hash meal it was just amazing to say the least I did find some onions in my meal that weren't mentioned on the menu but it wasn't that big of a problem because it was like only like 6 little pieces of onion I was easily able to take it out of my dish ! Overall I was extremely satisfied if their was no onions I would easily give this place a 5/5. I will be returning here next time I'm in Naples for sure! read more

My husband and I had a wonderful breakfast here. I got the Elevated Egg Sandwich which was perfectly cooked in every way - crispy bacon, runny egg, and fresh avocado. In retrospect I wish I had asked for multi-grain bread instead of the bun, but it was still very good. Husband got the ham and gruyere omelet and said it was one of the best omelets he's had. Service can improve since we were sitting in front of empty plates for more than 10 minutes and one buzzer started a conversation with us rather then take the plates out of our way. How not to treat your customers! I do not often go to this location, because it has a snooty we are better than you vibe - you feel it by the girls that are greeting and seating. But today my husband and I decided to go for breakfast. They were not busy - they asked for our names and placed us on the wait list then a mother and daughter came in and were also placed on the wait list. Here is where it gets good - two rather large ladies came in a apparently knew some of the wait staff after like twenty hellows, how are you blah, blah they were seated AHEAD OF EVERYONE that was waiting. We left - attempted to call the manger twice, was put on hold TWICE and told the manager was too busy to take phone calls - they were slow - total bull - well - dont worry summer is coming - I live here year round but will make sure not to go to your establishment. read more
