First Watch is a restaurant that serves both breakfast and lunch and I have pretty much only have been here for breakfast. I like how First Watch and other similar restaurants give a more upscale version than the typical greasy spoon restaurants that once were the norm if you wanted to head towards a restaurant for breakfast. First Watch is my go to chain breakfast restaurant., always delicious - no matter what location. On a quick trip to Orlando my family and I visited the Grand National First Watch location. They were busy but still had availability. The food came out quick and the server was knowledgeable, easy going, and continuously refilled our drinks. My only qualm - while they didn't rush us to leave - our "good" service didn't quite continue. As the restaurant was close to closing the servers were more excited to leave than check on our table but, overall it evened out. Overall food/drinks at this location is 10/10. read more

On this beautiful Easter Sunday, we chose to have breakfast at First Watch, hoping for a warm and enjoyable experience. For the most part, everything was going well until we witnessed something that truly took away from the moment. A family was seated next to us just as we were finishing our meal. Not long after maybe 5 to 10 minutes the manager, Michael, returned and asked them to get up because the table had been promised to someone else. It was confusing and honestly hard to understand how that situation could happen. The mother remained calm and respectfully tried to explain and ask if they could stay, but it seemed her concerns weren't really being heard. Despite her efforts, she agreed to leave. What made it especially difficult to watch was the reaction of her young son clearly hungry and upset, crying as they were asked to go back and wait after already being seated. It was heartbreaking. No family, especially on a holiday like Easter, should have to go through that. Being seated and then asked to leave like that felt unfair and avoidable. Moments like these matter. Unfortunately this one left a lasting impression for the wrong reasons. It was disappointing to witness and it's hard to recommend a place after seeing a situation handled that way. read more

Went in Sunday morning at about 845am and there was no wait time. A very clean place. Staff was mostly nice! (One lady seemed like she wasn't having a good day and the vibes from that came off strong). Ordered their tri-fecta with the choice of waffle, over easy eggs and bacon. Everything was cooked good! Its hard for me to find breakfast places i would say i like, as i eat healthy, but this was one of those restaurants where i would happily return for a brunch. After several more minutes, he finally came and took our entire order. I came back to the location that never disappoints, Dr. Phillips (Sand Lake) The service is always great, nice area, welcoming staff. The restrooms are a bit rough. The text came in 15 min earlier for our table , so we ran back . Seated immediately, outdoors .. very cute outdoor area .. We order mimosas which comes with a glass of orange juice and a small bottle of Prosecco .
