Huge sprig of rosemary. Cayenne pepper (if it wasnt cayenne then idk what it was but thats what it tasted like) . Hollandaise was like glue. Maybe it was supposed to be gravy? Batter didnt stay on the chicken. Scrambled eggs in the chicken batter with a slice of cheese. Deep fried raw spaghetti noodles (why???). 2 pieces of bacon. Tomatoes. A pile of uncooked spinach. We decided to stop in for a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon around 2. This place was PACKED. We had about a 25 minute wait which was fine. It gave us a chance to look over the menu and decide what we wanted. They were very organized at the front check in area. When we were seated we immediately ordered the fried green tomato tower! It was delicious! Just added a little salt to ours. I ordered the meatloaf and eggs. I enjoyed it. The meatloaf is made with beef and pork. It was dense and savory. We came in hungry after finishing a half marathon--and wow, this place absolutely delivered! We were a group of seven and ready to eat, and the portion sizes did not disappoint. We visited on a Sunday around brunch time, so it was definitely busy. Because of our party size, we weren't able to be seated until everyone arrived, which meant about a 30-minute wait. I ordered the Tractor Driver Combo to share, and it was more than enough food for two people (honestly, probably could have fed three!). One small thing that stood out was that someone came around taking photos of our table and offered to sell them to us at the end. Dined-in again for breakfast but this time we were able to make a reservation through Open Table. You would think making a reservation would get us a nice seat in a booth or in the dining area, but we were placed at the faaaaar back corner with the metal chairs and tables. Mind you - there was a lot of open booths that were sitting a party of two just like us. The host looked like she was going to place us in a booth (table 26), but the person just walked past and brought us to the furthest table possible from the front. We shared the meatloaf hash, country fried steak and waffle. The country fried steak this time around was more crispy and fresh out the kitchen. Waffle was bouncy and the meatloaf was loaded. Again, we had a lot of leftovers to take home. Bumping it down on stars because I got the bottom of the pot with my mashed potatoes. It was burnt and unpleasant to eat. Left it on my plate while I packed up the rest. It seemed like whoever made my plate, tried to mix the burnt parts of the mash inside the pile itself. Prices are still through the roof. Funny because my boyfriend and I ordered online just to get something quick before heading out to the parks for the day and it was unexpectedly DELICIOUS. This was our 2nd trip to HHaGG since 2010. Not due to any problems, but living in Orlando has us normally avoiding the I-Drive tourist area. There were issues getting all the orders correct and only having one waitress for our party of 12 at peak breakfast/brunch time. I greatly enjoyed my corned beef hash skillet. This was my first time visiting Hash House A Go Go for breakfast. I enjoyed the memorabilia and decor displayed outside and inside the restaurant. The blue Classic Dodge antique car and the red Ferguson Tractor were the highlights. Once we were ushered to our table, we found our seats and began to peruse the menu. I decided on the Churro Waffle. I added an order of Scrambled Eggs and Turkey Sausage. To drink, I had a Vanilla Latte. My friends chose the Tractor Driver Combo, a Big O' Chicken Pot Pie and Coffee. My Churro Waffle was plentiful and deliciously prepared. The Cinnamon Sugar was a great touch. I could only eat half and had to take the rest home. The Vanilla Latte was also good. It wasn't too sweet and had the right amount of vanilla flavoring. Everyone else seemed to enjoy what they ordered. There was a photographer who took our photos which were then made available for purchase. The photos were developed and brought to us for review. Since it was my birthday, I received a complimentary photo of myself and was also given a Churro Waffle dessert. It was drizzled with caramel and had a scoop of ice cream on top. There is a good amount of signage to find the building, but it's a good idea to have the gps on so you don't miss the turn. The parking lot for Hash House is limited. Luckily we were able to park in the shared lot next door closer to the hotel. Just don't park in any marked spots. We didn't see any towing, but that doesn't mean it won't happen. Now this is a brunch spot! Came here on my most recent trip to Orlando on a whim and we had such a great meal. We got there a little after 12 and had no issues being seated. Also our server was super attentive and gave us great recommendations. I opted for Andy's Sage Fried Chicken and Eggs and holy moly this dish was not only huge it was delicious! It came with two eggs however you like, I opted for over easy, potatoes (I got normal breakfast potatoes but I believe it comes with a special mash potato), tomato's, bacon and a biscuit. The chicken was so crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and had a really nice honey drizzle on top. I honestly didn't even need to eat the rest of the day because it was so much food! Others in my party got the California scramble and the tractor driver combo with griddled French toast. Everyone raved about their meals. The location was perfect for us since we were heading to the outlets right after which is only about a 5 min drive away. We had seen a lot of great reviews for this place, and made a reservation for brunch on a Tuesday. The parking lot was packed, and so was the inside, so I'm glad we had the reservation. This used to be an antique car museum, judging from the decor and ambiance. The food was simply not good. We ordered the chicken and waffles for 30 bucks. The chicken was lukewarm, and the crusty breading was hard and came off in chunks completely separating from the chicken. It was obvious this had been cooked ahead and then reheated, and not thoroughly reheated. I suspect this gave me some mild food poisoning. The waffles were room temperature and a little rubbery, so we think they were microwaved out of a fridge. Definitely not what you are looking for in a $30 brunch dish. There was a giant stalk of rosemary sticking out the top for no apparent reason, and it was covered in sauteed green onions that clashed with the flavor profile. Other dishes we tried were a bowl of potato soup that was also just so-so and not hot, although it was warmer than the chicken. For some reason they decided to serve it with uncooked spaghetti splayed on the top of the bowl. The other dish was a meat lovers scrambled eggs and this was the one dish prepared fresh, from my reckoning. It did not have a lot of meat though. We also tried two appetizers, the bacon and the fried zucchini. The zucchini was quite good and came with a nice dipping sauce. I think this was the best dish overall. The bacon was 3 and a half pieces of sugar-cured, cold bacon stuck in a jar with some lettuce, and not worth the price. At least the water tasted clean, and the service was friendly. I could have done without the roaming Russian lady taking pictures of tables and then trying to sell them to you a short while later. All we wanted was brunch. Maybe it used to better, but based on our experience, and the painful stomach discomfort that lasted for about 48 hours after eating here, I would suggest skipping this place. read more
