So sad I have to leave a bad review for this place. We go to the one close to home in Broward so we decided to stop for breakfast here. First of all the place was packed literally packed during a pandemic the girl said it was clearing out so we decided to stay they said wait would be 25 min. No true! This place is not following covid 19 guidelines tables are all close to each other and the wait was ridiculous we waited an hour and 15 min. for the food only. Although the food is outstanding it's definitely not worth the hour wait. They made a mistake on my order so I had to wait 15 more min. Although the manager came over to apologize and the bill was taken care off they should let the customer decide if they want to wait that long and at least have the courtesy to say listen your breakfast will be served in an hour and half on top of the 40 min wait for your table, (after they said it would be 25 min) so we can decide if we want to stay or not. They should not fill the restaurant to capacity with a pandemic going on. But I guess it is what it is. In the end we had a good meal but we had a bad experience. With all of the locations nearby, this location is the best. The service is amazing and the servers are top notch. The quality control from the kitchen is amazing. The only downside is the wait, but that's to be expected when the service is so good. One way to avoid a long wait is to get in line online. Worst experience in a restaurant in Orlando. The waitress was always away. I waited for my food a really long time and my family was eating while I was waiting for my food. Food was brought to me when my family was done. The excused was " oh I'm sorry I forgot about the other plate" had to wait 20 min to have the coffee cream and sugar to drink my coffee. I wish there was a way to give less than a one star. I showed up today at 12pm and it was busy, that's not a problem as I too work at a very busy restaurant. My problem lies in the fact that I was told I could sit outside as it is first come first serve. The gentleman that told me to go sit outside said he would be right with me. Fast forward 10 minutes I still had not been greeted so I took it upon myself to grab a server and ask for help, another 5 minutes passes and I finally get lgreeted. I immediately ordered a water and my food. I then sat for another 30 minutes, no food and no sign of my waiter, he did not even return once. So I left, hungry and angry. This is not the only bad experience I've had at this location. The food is pretty good, but not nearly good enough to excuse the almost constant bad service that I receive at this location, so I will not be returning. Poor service. They have a lot to improve. I posted the reservation at 12:31 for check in. The host did not sit up until 15 min later. Then our server said hi and disappeared for another 15 min. I had to make a gesture to get their attention. Then an other server took our order them 45 mins later the food arrived cold like it was sitting there for a while. We had the breakfast tacos which were meaty, cheesy, and the perfect amount of spicy and the carnitas bowel (special) which was savory and delicious with the best cornbread I've ever had. We ended up eating here three days in a row during our trip to Orlando. They have an amazing variety of delicious breakfast options made with very high quality ingredients, ranging from hearty and healthy to indulgent. I was impressed with how delicious each individual element of each meal I ordered was - there is quality in the detail of every piece of each meal I ordered. The atmosphere is bright and friendly and open, which feels refreshing as a start to the day. All three times we are here our servers were excellent, attentive, and friendly. read more

Food was excellent and very fresh when we finally got it. We waited 30 minutes for a table, and then 45 minutes for our food after ordering. I had been dying to try this place as I heard it was really good but it wasn't worth the wait. Seems there was a lack of management and direction as once we got inside, we could see several tables still needing to be bussed while there were families outside still waiting to be seated. You couldn't fit any more people on the kitchen line so doesn't seem they were short staffed. Good food but if I have to wait for more than an hour to eat I won't be back. The food came out and was less than average, not what i expected after reading the description on the menu. The scrambled eggs were over cooked and the potatoes tasted like onions. Came last week while visiting the area for travel and was super impressed. Found the chain through youtube reviews from @thetimtracker and he raved about how this place was much better and faster than kekes. Was very impressed servers were friendly, place was packed yet all the food and drinks came out quickly and all were delicious and tasty. Would definitely come here again, clean, friendly staff, good, healthy fresh food at a reasonable price and thrilled to see all of their non dairy vegan options and the dairy free silk on the table. This was a poor experience from start to finish. Mary, our server was nice but literally everything else was tragic. We walked in and were told there was 20 minute wait. As we waited into the 40 minute timeframe, we had people walking in, seating themselves ahead of the people waiting, and being served. When those of us waiting went to inquire about our position in the queue, the host snapped on the guests in front of us, telling her that she was the only host and that every just needed to be patient and that it wasn't her fault. Other employees had to calm her down. Once we were all seated, we ordered and Mary was very kind but our food took an hour and a half to be delivered - incomplete and with items that looked like they should be thrown out. We went to pay our bill, the host asked if everything was delicious and she said "oh okay" swiped our card and asked us to sign. The manager was spectating the whole time but had no presence among the guests. I asked for a business card and was told the manager didn't have one as they were in the office. This was our second visit to First Watch and probably the last. First is all when looking around on the floor and corners it was DIRTY. But the worst part is was when my husband used the rest room and came out with his shoes covered with toilet paper. As well as other people. YUK. !!! Our order included pancakes. It took forever to get the maple syrup. My husband had to go over to the kitchen to request the syrup. By then our food was getting cold. REALLY???? However, it's informational only. If you're on a low-sodium or restricted diet, it's hard to actually bring salt levels down or otherwise update to individual requirements. It appears that there are few bread options for those who are interested in this. At FirstWatch, they are really good at keeping you up-to-date about your wait time for seating but the actual seating choices tend to be inefficient and the servers fall over each other & may be found chatting instead of helping guests. Toilet and overall facilities leave room for improvement. Staff do not seem to regularly clean restrooms and toilet paper is left strewn on the floor while toilet paper roll holders are empty - not a good thing! read more

We came here today (sept 14-2019) for breakfast and food is delicious . My 5 and 7 year old loved it and asked to come back. However service is extremely slow and it's super loud. I got txt saying our table is ready at 10:25 we wore seated and ordered food by 10:35. First though was this is great it's busy and didn't wait super long to order food. Then 11:10 comes around and we haven't received food yet. I asked few employees over the course of time if our food will be coming soon if not we would be leaving. ( we have 5 month old and didn't wanna sit around waiting for food half the day) we wore told there is only few tickets ahead of us. Food FINILY arrived at 11:25 lovey lady that came to deliver our food apologized for such a long wait and told us on on the house which was great. We loved food and lady that was there was very nice and friendly but if wait is this long each time not sure that we would be coming back any time soon. read more

On Sunday 8/19/19 at around 10:am, we go into this restaurant. The meal is good, and we are preparing to leave. The Cash register is standing behind a row of plastic plants that forms a barrier between the cashier, cash register, and the payee. There is room enough for three people to stand in front of the cash register, and in front of the line is a customer attempting to sign the receipt. There is a pail of ink pens on the left side where this customer is standing. So, the lady behind the cash register who did not have a good morning, or a how was your meal in her, waives her left hand above the shrub row and announces I'll help you over here, and I step up to the counter. I'm now standing to the right of the customer still trying to sign the receipt. About that time, I'm wondering what is taking the lady standing to my left so long, and I guessed that the pen just won't put ink onto the cash register receipt, or something like that. So, I'm not sure how to hand my receipt and credit card to the lady behind the cash register, so I attempt a up and over motion and to my right side. She takes them from me. By now, the lady on my left has finally signed the receipt and moves off behind me, someone behind me must have made room for her party to leave because I was on her right and blocking her exit. The lady behind the counter reaches out to her left side around the shrubs, and handing me the receipt and my card she asks me to sign the receipt. In nearly the same breath, she immediately asks the foreign couple standing behind me to step up to the counter, on my left side. It seemed rude that she handed me the receipt and told me to sign it without allowing me a chance to ask for a pen before she beckoned the next customer to the register. So, I'm standing there with the receipt in my hand while she is getting a receipt and credit card from a nice foreign couple who are probably on a vacation holiday in Orlando at this I-drive restaurant. Then I ask her "Do you have a pen?" She tells me the pens are over on the left side of the counter. but now two people stand between me and the pail of pens that probably don't wright. So, I have to stand there waiting a bit for an opportunity to nicely ask the couple to my left to hand me a pen. I hope that my patience and politeness rubs off on the cashier. I signed and I left a tip of One Dollar. FOR THAT SERVICE ONE DOLLAR IS MORE THAN YOU DESERVE. read more

This is our first visit to a First Watch restaurant and it was wonderful! The service was great and the food scrumptious. My husband is rather selective with regard to his hollandaise sauce. He had the Salmon Eggs Benedict and said it was perfect! Add the fresh greens and it was heavenly! We're in Orlando for another day and already have made plans to return tomorrow! I never got the water that we asked for, I never got my toast and when we got our food, it was not even hot, we let the server know, she never apologized, never asked how was everything?
