Prices are pretty good--three of us ate well and even had cocktails, all for just around $75 before tip. Service was great. We were seated in less than 5 minutes, having arrived just before 2 PM on a Sunday. And our server was so sweet and friendly and professional and attentive. The bacon is parbroiled and then finished before serving. So mine was burnt, but they replaced it with no problem. The second time around, I ordered it like my brothers, which was Jess parbroiled in no additional cooking. And it was perfect. We had a weekday brunch at First Watch today. The Associates at the front desk warmly greeted us and seated us. The wait staff was quickly to our table to get beverage orders. We placed our orders and were served very quickly. I had a chickichanga and my wife had a Ham and Gruyère cheese on ciabatta bread. Both came with home fried potatoes. We followed that up with pumpkin donut holes and both Carmel and vanilla dipping sauces. First Watch was busy but the noise level was muted enough that we could carry on our conversation. She made sure we knew what was in the food we ordered and that we ordered exactly what we wanted. The food: The coffee is always hot and fresh. I ordered the Market Hash Skillet. The hash is a little misleading because it doesn't have hash in it. I confirmed before ordering as I'm not a fan of hash. The skillet is a mix of fresh vegetables, goat cheese, potatoes, and eggs. The goat cheese blends the flavors seamlessly. My husband ordered the seasonal steak and bacon burrito. That thing was huge and full of flavor and protein. I snuck a bite and worth the hype. One of the best places for me to get breakfast as they offer several pork free options. Our service was fantastic even though they were slammed. My breakfast sandwich was great I was so happy they let me sub chicken sausage in lieu of the bacon. This is one of the only places I can have biscuits and gravy. I was here Saturday afternoon and had a 15 minute wait. They take your name and text you when your table is ready. Plenty of parking along with windows in the restaurant for natural lighting to come in. The location is very clean and the employees were all extremely welcoming. We were seated and ordered a kale tonic and coffee. I love that they give you a whole pot to refill yourself and it's only $2.99! They leave the creamers and sugars out too. It did take a while for the drinks to come out, but our waitress said she was the only one running everyone's drink order. Stopped by for delicious brunch at First Watch yesterday. They have their seasonal winter menu out and we got to try the Pork Green Chile hash and the Cinnamon chip pancakes. These dishes did not disappoint! The flavors of the hash were robust and complex, and the tortillas were perfect vehicles for the hash. The cinnamon chip pancakes were also delicious, not overly sweet or spiced. We're regulars at this location so service just depends on the day and time. The space is bright and open. Plenty of parking on site as well. First Watch is the perfect start to our days. On another note, RSVPing for seats online doesn't really mean anything.
