First time eating here was about a week ago and it was so good I went twice within seven days. I had the double bacon parm hash both times and it was excellent. Both times service was top notch. My girlfriend and I stopped in for breakfast on Sunday. The wait was less than 10 minutes which is great for a mid-Sunday morning visit! We were sat and the left to our own devices. It took a bit before a random waitress saw us and asked if we've been helped. She took our drink and food order. The wait for our food wasn't too bad again considering how busy they were. The food was great like it always is! I had the Elote Breakfast Burrito and it was fantastic! The one issue we really did have was the waitress brought our check and never returned to see if we needed anything else, refills, etc. we paid via the QR code on the receipt after my card laid on the table for a good 15 minutes. First watch seems to always have quality selections, a variety of seasonal options, and consistently has not disappointed. My wife was craving a waffle and is obsessed with potatoes. Both were great here according to her. The egg white omelet was well cooked and my fruit was indeed fresh. It was surprisingly not very busy. It's a newer location but we did go towards the end of their service in the middle of the week. I'm sure they get busy and they typically close at 2:30 so get there early for your breakfast and brunch. read more

The service was quick and the food exactly what I thought it would be. The only negative was when the drinks ( water, coffee & bloody Mary) were delivered they did not put them on a napkin or coaster so the table was wet and messy. read more

I loved this place when they first opened. But last few times the employees there seem like they could care less. I attribute a lot of this to their management. Last couple times my wife and I ate there it took forever for our food to arrive and our server offered no excuse or apology for our long wait. Today my son and I went there and he checked in online before we got there. They were moderately busy and the host said it would be a few minutes. We noticed the bar wasn't busy so we decided to sit there and the host cancelled our check-in. We sat there for over 20 minutes and no one paid the least attention to us. There was another couple just finishing their meal at the bar and someone came to grab their plates and didn't even look at us. I think the issue is mostly management. I placed an online order -- which is the only option since this restaurant does not take to-go orders over the phone -- and paid for multiple meals, but when I got home, I realized items were missing. I called the restaurant right away, and the manager, BEN LEWIS, told me he couldn't credit me for the missing food. Without telling me, he set the phone down and had a young employee take over. She only took part of my information and then asked how much I wanted to buy a gift card for -- I had to explain again that they failed to give me the food I paid for. It's now been over two months, and I still haven't received the promised gift card or any resolution. Poor customer service and no accountability for their mistakes. We stopped recently and had breakfast at First Watch. The coffee was very good and they leave a pot on the table so you don't have to wait for refills. The breakfast was great. The eggs a little undercooked but good. The hash browns were exceptional and were served was warm. The sausage links were large and had good flavor. Finally, you receive only one slice of toast but it is large and tasted great. The service was good and I would recommend First Watch. read more

Got the breakfast tacos this time, and while it was my least favorite thing I've tried so far it was still good, fresh etc. service has slipped back a notch since first week. No one greeting at the door, only server checking in on table. First week team members were swarming with attention. But I assume that was just first week opening energy. 1/24/25 Myself and three friends came in for breakfast in Green ,Ohio. I ordered the traditional breakfast and was very let down when it was presented to me. The pork sausage was just below being warm, the potatoes were soggy , cold with burnt grill scrapings on top of them. The toast was soggy and cold. We showed the waitress the potatoes of which she brought out another plate which were heated in the microwave but were soggy and not crisp. A Very disgusting Breakfast! We may finally have another decent breakfast place in this town. The only downfall of the food was that one of my wife's biscuits was mushy and not just because of the gravy. The potatoes were actually seasoned and even had a bit of crisp to them even as home fries. The chickichanga that I got was interesting and different. Our new favorite First Watch! The scramble eggs were perfectly done. The whole order tasted delightful. Out waitress Lauren was on point and it was a delight to chat with her. If that was not enough, I did call ahead which said 20-30 minutes and I got there in 10 minutes...I was willing to wait but they were able to seat my right away (I promise no special treatment)!
