They were supposed to fix the brakes and stalling issue on my truck. Their quote was high but the guy said he'd adjust it for me. When I when to pick up the truck he didn't budge an inch. They overchanged by about 400 dollars. And to top it off the truck stalled almost immediately on the way home. When I confronted Robert, the guy In charge, he gave me all sorts of attitude and insulted me and condescended to me. He acted like it took forever to replace a MAP sensor which is a 15 minute job, maybe 30 with testing. I suggest finding a more reasonable shop or if you're gonna pay premium you should get the service that comes with that. read more

I got rear ended and my back hatch door, bumper cover, and rear body panel were damaged. I was able to find a new back door and bumper cover and replaced them myself but I needed the rear body panel fixed/pulled in order for the new door to close and lock properly. I met with Brian Whitehurst who looked at my car and gave me an estimate. I left London Bridge Motor and went to six other auto body shops to get comparison estimates and after speaking with each professional at the six other shops I ultimately gave Mr. Whitehurst a call and scheduled an appointment to get my car fixed. i have used this place a couple times now and every time it gets worse and worse, I've learned my lesson and I will NEVER use them again. They have terrible customer service, they are very pricey for the crappy job they do. I recently got my custom rims taken off my truck and I paid them to dismount the tires off of them, when I dropped them off my rims had 0 scratches in them. When I got the rims back they are all scratched up, the scratch is so deep it goes to the bare metal. Of course Rob the owner denies all responsibility and left me dry and then charged me 250 bucks for the service. I got ripped off, this place is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM! read more

I am really sad and very surprised this place doesn't have more reviews!! This is actually the BEST I think I have ever been treated at an auto shop. I mean, I was taking my car to Japanese Auto Masters and while I was NEVER treated POORLY there, it was always a huge pain in the butt to get an appointment there. I've been here twice and have had really plesent experiences both times. The first time was for bodywork. The hatchback latch thing broke completely off my car. I tried calling the dealership about it *See my earlier review about Checkered Flag and their poor customer service* and they were useless. I then called Japanese Auto Masters who stated they didn't do bodywork but referred me here. And I thank my lucky stars that they did. First off London Bridge Motor Company was very open to me coming in after work for a FREE estimate on my car. They weren't booked days out (like MOST car places are) and as long as I came in before 4pm, I could be seen. Well, lucky for me I get out of work at 2:30 every day so that was something I could definitely do. So, I went in the day that I called. The estimate took 10 minutes-if that. It was all types up on paper and ready to go for me. Once the man handed it to me, I looked at the price and was very pleased. By this time I had been in contact with the receptionist and the man who inspected my car, both of whom were very pleasant and attentive to my needs. I needed no further convincing that they would do a good job. At that moment I decided to get my car fixed there. The man was very accommodating (I think his name was Jeff). He said he needed to call in for the part, explained to me that it may/may not need to be painted so the price may change a little, but they would let me know. Reasonable, I thought. So I went home and waited for the call. The very next day I got a call saying that he had called the parts person and the part would be in the very next day. I was so appreciative to be kept up to date and aware of what was going on with my car. It makes it so much easier to keep my job informed of what's going on as well. So, the very next day I got the call saying the part was in and ready to go! I told them what time I would be off of work that day to come in and they worked with my schedule. That day I went in, the assembly took around 30-40 min maybe? And they car was ready to go! I also would like to add that while I brought it in to get the part fixed I randomly asked around my drivers headlight. It had been really dim for quite some time. When I would take it into other car shops they would jiggle it and the light would come back on, but within a weeks time it would become dim again. I even had my dealership clean my outer headlights plastic piece (I'm car illiterate) for a crazy amount of money because they said that might be the cause (it obviously wasn't because all Checkered Flag cares about it profiting off of their customers--I digress). Anyway, London Bridge Motors was so sweet and they said they would take a look at it. (Ill remind you that I brought up this issue very last minute. As in: While the service tech was taking my car back to get the body part fixed. Most places would have been annoyed that I didn't bring up this issue earlier or just say that they would have to reschedule looking at that some other time-at least, from my car experience). So while they fixed the garnish on my car, they looked at the light. The tech cleaned the light itself and the wires which is what he was saying was quite possibly the cause. He also anchored the wires down and gave me a new headlight-all free of charge! The next week I decided to take it in for a state inspection. Why not? I had such good service the first time Id like to see how this plays out. So I called and asked if I needed to make an appointment for a state inspection. The woman on the other line said no, but wanted to know about what time I might be showing up. Also that there was no guarantee it was going to be a quick in-and-out thing. She told me the best times were right when they open at 8 and then right after lunch. Unfortunately neither of those times worked for me so I told her id be there around 2pm. That was the earliest I could get off. She said that was fine. I showed up right at 2pm. My car was taken in about 5-10 min later and in about 45 in it was finished! I think it was $15? So, yeah. That was all great for me! Now I will let people know this isn't a FANCY place. Its small, no wifi, no snacks, but there's water in a cooler with water bottles inside. There a TV and you get full control of the remote. Also, there is one working outlet. So, if you have to wait, that's what you have to work with. Im not complaining! Give me a TV and my iphone and im set. Im just there for my car. But I just wanted to let everyone else know what to expect. LOVE this business!!! Highly recommended! read more

After Honda told me that in order to repair the problem my car was experiencing (replacement of the Roof Rail Weatherstrip), they would have to get me an ENTIRE NEW ROOF RAIL, needless to say- i sped out of there faster than i should legally admit. It was making this flappy noise because it was slightly dislodged, so i decided to call london bridge body shop. I called in for an estimate and Mary told me i could just drop by without appointment. When i arrived, i was asked to fill out a form and wait in the lobby. The waiting room had water bottles in the fridge and a TV.. i waited no longer than 5 minutes. DAVID was the service man who came to help me. He was extremely friendly and seemed incredibly honest. Without going into too much details, he basically told me that the problem was a quick fix and fixed it on the spot for me. Best part is- he did not charge this broke college student anything for it! I love the fact that he started off the conversation with " if this were my car...." . I even entertained the idea of replacing the rubber weatherstrip- he said it was an unnecessary expenditure since it does not serve an important enough purpose to warrant replacement. ( post googling, i find prices upwards of 300$..) Even after telling him that i am pretty ignorant about cars, he did not rip me off. If i ever need a repair, this is UNDOUBTEDLY where I am headed. read more

Found this place through my insurance company. I'm so glad I did. They are so through and professional. The body work was top notch. I had them do additional work not Insurance related. They Made my vehicle look brand new. They also advised on mechanical problems free of charge. The service manager of the body shop is very honest and straightforward. The best shop I've been to! My truck was hit in an accident and my bumper was messed up. Everyone here took care of my truck very well, and I felt very welcomed here. Customer service was phenomenal! Just had one of the worst experiences at this place. Went into this place to get a second opinion on my headlight that it had failed the inspection for in the first place. This guy eric was very rude both over the phone and in person saying he "wasted a rejection sticker" over the phone and when I got there in person just wanted the 16 dollars with No rejection sticker on the car, no paperwork saying what he found wrong with the car and didn't even offer to fix what was wrong with vehicle. Overall experience was trash and therefor I now think this whole shop is trash. read more
