It's not often you experience integrity like this. I purchased an upgraded rear sway bar for my Subaru. I didn't realize that my generation (2019) was a much more difficult install than the previous generation. I was calling different places for a quote and was waiting for some to get back to me. Heidi quoted my an 1.5 labor rate. I said sure and made an appointment. Meanwhile a few other shops called back with quotes of 5 hrs. Heidi called back a while later and asked if I could come in a little earlier so I wouldn't get stuck waiting for the tech to have lunch. She explained that she misquoted the hours of labor. I then asked her about the price. She told me she was sticking with the original quote. Where do do find a shop that acts like that?? I can't say enough. about this experience. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Not only did they do a supreme job on the damage to my car after it was rear ended, they have been my 1st line of defense in the continuing nightmare of dealing with Progressive Insurance for repair appraisals,approval of parts and payments. If it was for them calling/faxing/emailing Progressive on my behalf I don't know what I would have done. They were able to get Progressive to (FINALLY!!) pay the claim and make the repairs, Progressive would not even return MY CALLS OR ACKNOWLEDGE MY EMAILS. No only do they do a great job on your car but they fight with and for you to get your claim processed. BEST PLACE EVER!!!! read more

Ok, I'm going to try and give the high points of my story for the readers' sake. My car was stolen and the body of it was significantly damaged (it had bullet holes among many other things). I took it to Mizelle's and Ray's and it took them about 1 week to repair it. I think this was a reasonable amount of time since they had to order parts and basically repaint the whole car. Now, my car was a lease and when I went to return it, Ford said the repairs were substandard. I called the shop and they immediately apologized and offered to redo the repairs for free, which is obviously the fair thing to do since it was their mistake. I took it in on a Friday afternoon, the owner himself came out to talk to me and apologize, and they had it ready by Saturday morning. I was impressed by their fast and prompt customer service but since all this happened because they didn't do the repairs right initially, I would've given the whole experience 2-3 stars. Now this is the bonus part. After getting my car back for the second time, I inspected it thoroughly and the repairs looked great to me. Now I will say I'm no car expert (and by this I mean my car knowldge goes as far as knowing how to turn one on and drive it) but one objective thing I knew is that among the repairs, they replaced my antenna. This is a pretty clear cut thing, Ford was charging me for a missing antenna and they put one on the car. A few weeks later I returned my car, antenna and repairs in place, to Ford. Shortly after, I get a bill still charging me for the substandard repairs including the antenna! Now I had taken time stamped pictures of the car right before I dropped it off because I was afraid something like this would happen. I told Ford Credit this and specifically pointed out to the antenna since this was the one thing I can objectively say for sure I shouldn't be charged. Ford refused to hear me or help me in any way. I called Mizelle's and Ray's, spoke again to the owner, and instantly after I told him the charges, he offered to pay them off for me. He could've easily said he couldn't help me, that the repairs were done right, etc. but he didn't. It was a significant amount of money I was being charged and I was really anxious about it. I am so grateful for Mizelle's and Ray's for doing this for me. Their customer service is impossible to beat! Unfortunately, I cannot give them 5 stars because of the original mistake but it was so refreshing dealing with honest and good people! Despite everything, they have a loyal customer in me. Needless to say, Ford does not. read more

Was told free estimate over the phone and in person , described issue with detail and was charged $25. They said body work estimates are free not the frame work. I told them over the phone what was going on. Its not about the amount of money its about the way they handle this business. Advertisement was "Free estimates" and they didnt honor their advertisement. read more

My longtime mechanic recommended Mizzels for a doorleak issue I was having. When I called the gentleman said to bring the car in and he'll take a look. The leak was caused by a locksmith bending the door back while trying to get the lock open. He took a look, told me to roll the window down, made a slight bend to the door frame and it was fixed. Really appreciated the fact that he was honest and didn't try to charge me for something that was a quick fix. I will definitely go back here for repairs. read more

I've been a customer since 1975. Admittedly, I don't know diddly about cars, but do know that back in the day Mr. Mizelle kept more than a few race cars on the track, working miracles overnight. I also know that this is the place where car dealers service shops bring THEIR alignment problems. For many years I drove an antique car (parts were hard to find), but Mizelle's made sure it was always safe to drive. I no longer drive such a distinctive car, but I still make the trip to Mizelle's for alignments and front end work. The quality of service is far superior and prices are certainly much lower than that of a the dealership. Mizelle's is a family run business where honesty and integrity are of more value to the owners than any quick buck. read more

You need to be a mountain climber with an electric guitar and love Nascar, then you will receive EXCELLENT SERVICE, overwhelming disparities... front end work was so off I had to go to another alignment specialist for $49.95 spent over $300 with the Patriots(cheating) I mean Mizelles n Rays took the vehicle back 3 different times??????? no deals I am a single father of 3 and in care of my aging mother, full time graduate student, should have taken my books out then I might have gotten JUSTICE... waste of time and money = OUTDATED SYSTEMS this is 2018????? read more
