The Litchfield community is truly thankful to Chik Farm for hosting this event once more. It's such a gift to have a local space that supports small businesses and brings people together. They suggest that I call again and speak to their customer service department as their GENERAL MANAGER can not help me. I will say I will never shop here again . The staff and the store are so well maintained, clean and have the safety concerns we all do. I could have bought this all on tax free weekend here in MA, saved hundreds of dollars and still had it around the same time. I didn't buy a special made item with the need to create an entire living room set! I bought "Off the rack". I'm very disappointed. We spent well over $5000 on furniture. Then they tried to recharge us sales tax, stating sending another clearly defective item again. Save your time and aggravation and shop somewhere else, anywhere is better than here. I hope that within another month my autistic daughter won't be sleeping on the floor because of this awful company.
