The sales department was very helpful however the service department is unable to service NH fireplaces. The service department is not able to answer calls so you do have to wait for a return call. I had called and had to wait days only to hear that they never got my message. I did call the owner, Corey, who called me back and heard my concerns around the service department communication. I will say that every person that CFC has been sent to my house was courteous and knowledgeable however getting in touch with them to schedule a visit was more effort than expected.

Sent the text and never got a response. Waited three days, followed up and was told "on the way now". No showed. Waited two weeks and called the shop again, only to be placed on hold, and then told to call a different estimator/installer. They won't even schedule for you. Sales office showed zero desire to even attempt to make a sale. What's worse, the person on the phone didn't care that I had been ghosted by the very person they asked me contact to schedule. If you are looking for a business that actually wants to provide the service you need, this is not the place.

They test water for free, not pushy about chemical sales, I've had Chuck tell me, 'your good' keep doing what you're doing.     DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR TIME, MONEY & ENERGY!…read more We mistakenly used our positive experience when merely buying chemicals at the Bemister's Hudson, NH location, to decide we wanted to have our liner replaced by them as well. We were directed to the Salem location for this sale. 1. Timeline...dates of install, lack of appropriate lead time to secure water delivery, etc....this led to more expensive water due to lack of lead time. We were notified on a Friday to drain our 32,000 gallon pool ( ourselves ) and to personally secure water delivery at a specific time 3 business days later. Having already waited weeks, we did our best. 2. Wrong Liner design installed, "a simple mistake.. " per owner, Darren. Which would have been ok if there was an ounce of compassion or customer service coming from him. 3. Lawn Damage...serious damage done to lawn from van being driven on property. 4. Dangerous methods of install...one person in unsafe conditions. We personally had to watch over the lone installer to ensure his hydration, safety, etc and constantly monitor him for heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Basically working a shift for Bemisters and Pool Liner company, cleaning up vomit in the pool and monitoring for health issues. The night ended in calling 911 to have the worker safely taken to a hospital for heat related health issues. Darren was kept in the loop as the events of this evening took place. Again zero compassion or concern for the installer, he literally said "It wasn't my fault he got heat stroke" and "Well, didn't he come back after leaving the hospital the next day and get it done?" All I have to say is thank God he was with us that day. I hate to think would could have happened if he was out there alone. 5. Cost of liner...was told $1200 and it was $1300. 6. Lack of appropriate response to calls/texts throughout the ENTIRE process. First contact was just shy of a year ago. 7. Trash and old liner was left in our pool area. This liner project was quoted at over 10k after adding separate installation and water fees. Darren was quick to sell then quick to wash his hands on any responsibilities. Only in the very end did he make any attempts to remedy this situation- and even with that, his excuses are endless and his poor communication continued to the point that we just agreed to pay half the balance owed, keep the wrong liner and fix our grass ourselves instead of going through another round of chaos and losing a complete summer and being frustrated.

Today I needed real tech support on my 11 year old Hot Springs Spa that is on a remote island. I thought I would be out of action for days! Justin from Oasis's service dept called me. We jointly executed a complex re-programming task including adding a disconnected jumper wire that needed to be connected to replacement controller board (installed by a non-Oasis third party). All done via phone and FaceTime. His help was flawless. 17 mins total time. Worth a fortune. Back up and running for a weekend of guests. Here is one of my lifetime rules. Buy quality products with excellent service and support. Oasis fits the bill. Give them your business and you will enjoy the benefits. Oh, did I say this was NO CHARGE on an 11 year old unit?? Short version--nothing compares to the Bullfrog spa from quality, design, ease of use, and maintenance. Do the homework and you are likely to conclude the same. As important, nothing comes close to the incredible sales and service support I receive(d) from the Oasis staff. I have rarely experienced this level of service in recent years. Oasis is focused on customer needs and satisfaction, and I am confident (and have already experienced in the first two months of use) that if I need assistance or have a question, they are not satisfied until I am! If you're looking for a quality spa, look no further as the real value is the peace of mind, once installed, knowing you have a group of professionals still eager to serve you. The repairman was scheduled to arrive today, and I got a call shortly ago asking me if I had received the part. No one ever told me a part would be shipped to my home, nor would I expect that a repairman would come to my house without the replacement part. I purchased from Baron's because they do their own repairs, but thus far the service gets ZERO STARS. Baron's is not honoring their service agreement, nor would they connect me with the owner. My only recourse is to warn others away from this disreputable company. -------- After giving up on anyone responding, I left harsh but honest reviews in several places. I immediately heard from the person running the repair organization, and he was extremely apologetic. He had 3 parts Fedex'ed to my house and sent out a repairman a day later. If only that were the end of the story. The parts were incorrect, they ordered different parts, and those were also wrong. It was weeks before the problem finally got sorted out, but there were numerous errors and delays both before and during the repair. Perhaps I should add that it was simply a non-working LED in the dispenser that was broken. How hard can that possibly be to order the right replacement part?? I can't in good conscience recommend this company.

He tried a few things and it didn't work, he went back to the store, brought back a technician, unfortunately he couldn't get it working. 45 minutes later, they were back with a brand new working snowblower. Everyone was so helpful, apologetic, and reassured me they would make sure I had a working snowblower for the storm tonight. Mark was amazing and was true to his word. I drove down from Merrimack NH (where I work) to see it and most likely buy it. Walked in the door off school st, looked around. Now I saw to Ace employee's near the check out. One was young, the other older. Asked the younger one that was facing me if he knew where Tricam 2-Step Stool that was in stock was? He looked at me with no reply for about a minute. The older associate that was looking at him said; ' you know where the step stools are, show him'. He brought me to the small area was along a wall. He said: 'here, this all we got and left!'. That pretty much shock me. Well I looked and looked could not see the Tricam 2-Step Stool anywhere that I saw online (showing as in stock at the Nashua Ace Hardware / Pearl st) . So after that lovely customer service experience (not), I decided this a my clue to leave. On the journey to the door, did not see one associate that had a smile, nor any customer connection or follow-ups for any help. I just hopped in my suv in the packing lot across the street and said to my self....I will never never go there again. Funny because the little research I did on the Nahua Ace seemed to very high. Big things on George Katis (owner) and Dave the manager. Some stuff about very good service / helpfully driven there. Well I certainly did not see that, feel that or experience that..... So what will I do? One, share this. Two, I will go the my known good Ace Hardware in Windham NH. Order it and pick it up once it comes in. Also again I have no reason to back to Nashua Ace because of the lack of over sub par service and logistically it is not worth it too. Now please note, I am a very strong supporter of good to great small local businesses but not the ones that don't even try and seem to have toxic atmosphere, pass! Now I do hope others have a better experience then I do at the Nashua Ace. But recommend it, I will not.......Cheers Tom
