To add insult to injury, I spoke up in frustration as a number of people came in after me and were served while I was still waiting. I was basically okay to wait until this happened. My suggestion is for you folks to is use a ticketing system similar to what grocery store deli's use. it's extremely simple...or, the paint department counter person could simply ask "who is next?" Leaving your customer to self-manage when they get service is always bad business.

He started looking on one end of the tool isle and I went around the corner of that same isle to see if there were more rachet items on the end cap. Unfortunately when I went back Todd was already half way down the hardware isle heading to the back of the store!!!! The end result is your appliance never gets installed or delivered and if you have any issues you cant directly reach out to anyone and get a solution. I dont think its specific to this Lowes, its a corporate thing. I wish I could give a better review of this Lowes, but this is my only experience with them and they are complicit for outsourcing and hiring such a terrible company.
