Buyer be ware Fish and Ski Marine will not tell you the truth. I bought a boat from them and the title was not the correct title for that motor . They lied to me saying they would make it right. They took 4 months of lies . I as told it was a trade in when it came out of a action. That is where they get most of there used boats would not have bought it if I had known that. I was told they serviced the engine and but yet it took a gallon a quart of oil to fill it up. They serviced it they said but no one new it had a racing package put in it. I am 75 and don't need a racing motor. I was made out to look like I was in the wrong when the line fell apart on the power Poles the line was rotten. These people have said time and again we will do you right when all reality they will put the screws to you . They said we buy it back and give you sixteen thousand when i paid 25000 for it i was straned out on the road the one time i tried to go fishing it . Had 2 blow outs in 2 days tires had been on ther since 20 seventeen . I believe that a boat dealer would be honest but these people do not know what that is to be honest. I trusted that they would do the right thing. But its all about the money. I tried to give them achance to make it right . But i got screwed iam 75 and learned a lesson you don't trust people like the ones at fish and ski.​ read more

The folks at Fish and Ski in Sanger are awesome. I bought my boat from these guys 7 years ago. It was my fourth new boat purchase. The experience was great, fair price, no pressure. Since then, I've done minor maintenance there with fair pricing and good quality. I just picked the boat up after significant spend on some overdue maintenance and new equipment. Brad in Service is a rock star. The price was a chunk LESS than his estimate (where can you find that these days), hours billed were very fair and quality was great! Super friendly and knowledgeable employees! Obviously they are salesmen but Greg was not pushy. You could tell he wanted to help educate us instead of just sell something. I just got to Sanger and checked in to my hotel and was going to fish Lake Ray Roberts but i found a broken oil line on my boat, i visted Fish & Ski Marina and there staff was top notch!!!!! they was so helpful, they did did not have a clear hose but they did get me fixed up with alternative fix until i fine a clear hose. Hello everyone I usually do not give one star reviews but I felt it necessary to share my experience. On October 27th 2014 I bought my very first boat from this Fish and Ski Marine. It's a 2015 Bayliner 185 it's a 30k boat. For starters the Bimini top was installed upside down. (I installed it right) Second according to Paul and BJ at Fish and Ski Marine the tower folded down on the windshield frame (not correct again) I had to rig it to fold down with the covers on. They said they contacted Bayliner but I don't buy it. I think the stick that broke the camels back for me was the fact that the the positive battery post was cross threaded with the nut and I had to spend time and money to grind the post off so that the battery cables would come off of the battery. As I was uncomfortably stretched over the engine compartment I thought to myself why the hell am I doing all this on a BRAND NEW BOAT. This leads me to believe that they do not complete pre delivery inspections and Fish and Ski Marine. None of the "pre delivery" paper work was filled out and signed off on. I almost forgot the best part. They offered to fix it if I towed it back to them (an hour away from me). If I was the owner of the store, Paul (sales) or BJ (service manager) I would have dispatched someone in a truck to take care of my new customer. Instead they have forced me to write this review. Unfortunate that this had to happen. Remember once they have your money I feel like you really don't mean much to them. Horrible service absolutely horrid. Like to began , from the owner, finance manager , my sales associate - too service / maintance ... this company have given the upmost highest lever of superior servicing and beyond that can be demanded of a business . My next purchase will be within the next 24 months, just purchased a 2018 Bayliner Element & will definitely never return too this product . I recommend researching prior too purchase & consider alternate brand prior too close . From a displeased customer of Bayliner . Wanted too give a brief personal account on brand new 2018 purchase of a Element F18 fully loaded. I was mildly satisfied with the boat as a product ( for cost ) although after the fact, wth further research I came across at least 3 other products , matching apples with apples , on accessories and total cost , I could have save at the least, 3,000$ in cost for 1 product that was obviously superior too Bayliner. I must too state , my plan is too trade in and buy new within 24 months ... I WILL NOT BE RETIRING TOO BAYLINER. My main concern and issue came with customer service issue & concern within less then 40 days as a owner. Too this day ( purchase date 5/28/18) my issue remains untouch . I received blow off email reply's , unreturned calls ( after promise too return ) then a half empathetic ' I'm sorry we can't help' last email reply from escalation manager with customer care after requesting my concern be given too their office of the president . My purchase was in a Texas location from a shop that carry's variety products , their service was fantastic and had gain my trust . Please please do your research prior too buying . All products will & can have flaws, I judge based not on problems , but how well invested a company is in customer issues resolution. You cannot control issue, you can control how their resolved and the end result of a valued customer . Bayliner has shown me either I myself has little value too then or customers , once we've bought in, have less values then potential customers to be. They sold me a boat that they "have known since it was sold new" and claimed to have known all the owners and even rode in the boat on a regular basis. The transom was rotten and cost me over $4000 to fix. We got absolutely no satisfaction on the matter when we called them about the problem. I realize, "buyer beware" but this place is a dealership. You would think they would be more ethical than that. I would definitely steer clear. read more
