This place is okay. The house is interesting, and the room felt clean (we stayed in the Library…read moreRoom) other than the tub. When you clean a jetted tub you need to fill it with water and run it so the jets can blast out hairs and such. As it was, when we ran it and turned on the jets all kinds of hair and other particles came out so we just didn't use it. Other than that, the room was fairly comfortable. The bed is very high so if you have trouble with that this is not the room for you. It's also bouncy and not level so be careful if you have a partner with you, I almost launched my husband off to the floor when I got up in the middle of the night for a drink of water. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves which was both nice and eerie. No one greets you or is working on the premises so when you arrive you just pick up your key from the front desk with a little tag that has your name on it. Felt like the beginning to a horror movie. All in all, it was an impromptu staycation from our house in Orem for our anniversary. We aren't super demanding people so it was fine that it wasn't perfect, but I wouldn't stay again or really recommend it to others. Mostly because there's no bed and breakfast hospitality feel...it's more like an air BnB that you might be sharing with strangers.

You could hear the AC running but we didn't really mind it. Though the pool was small, we enjoyed that it was a heated pool and that there were towels provided. The little fitness room didn't have much, but was filled with the basics - mats, a bench, weights, 2 treadmills, and 2 ellipticals. I only used the treadmill for incline walks. I liked how the fitness room was open 24/7, so I got to go in really early in the morning/on my time. The complimentary breakfast was nothing extravagant, but it was nice and basic. Breakfast is served from 6:30 - 9:30AM, we usually got up early and had breakfast around 7ish. It wasn't really busy around that time, and the workers were really great at restocking and refilling. There was a lot of food places around the area, lots of hidden gems that aren't a far drive. Overall, we enjoyed our week stay and would book here again!

I flew into Salt Lake City International Airport, which is about a 50-minute drive away, and arrived late in the evening. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. This is a large property with two hotel towers, multiple elevator banks, a sizable ballroom, numerous meeting rooms, and an amphitheater, all located on the ground level. The facilities felt modern and well-maintained. As part of the conference, I had both breakfast and lunch at the hotel. Breakfast included eggs, bacon, sausage, pastries, and beverages, while lunch featured a sandwich and salad bar along with cookies for dessert. There is also an outdoor pool and hot tub, which I did not visit, as well as a well-equipped fitness center. The gym was one of the better hotel gyms I have used, with multiple treadmills, a Peloton bike, ellipticals, stair steppers, weight machines, dumbbells up to 50 pounds, kettlebells, and foam rollers. My room was spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was good-sized, and the shower that had good water pressure. The room also had a couch and a walk-in closet. The hotel is in downtown Provo, within walking distance of several restaurants, cafes, and bars. I departed from Provo Airport, which is only about a 10-minute drive from the hotel and much more convenient than returning to Salt Lake City. Overall, this was a very good conference hotel and a comfortable place to stay. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to both business and leisure travelers visiting Provo.

Appreciated the hand wipes especially since there are no sanitizing stations anywhere in the hotel. Hotel in walking distance to several eateries and grocery store. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel that is amazing, from the food to the staff it's all around fantastic!! The breakfast is great with a wide variety of options and helpful staff that work non stop to ensure the food is fresh and the space is sanitary. I will stay here in the future.

I stayed a full week and not once did the come by and do anything. I had to ask one day if the could please refresh my room. I guess that ticked off house cleaning as they took all the shower supplies, and did not restock anything in my room. I had to go downstairs to get toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap. Ridiculous! Seriously what the hell was their problem?!?!? They seemed to have no problem refreshing everyone's rooms around mine. Super rude and obnoxious. I will never stay at this hotel again due to house keeping's non existence service. Also this hotel STRUGGLES with hot water for your shower. Some days it was just cold, other days lukewarm. You have a better chance at getting some sort of warm water if you shower at night. If you shower in the morning expect cold water.
