Great company. Brandi and the team were great. Very reliable and great job. I had a last minute window repair that need to be done and they worked around their schedule and came on Saturday to take the measurements and today worked again around their schedule to come and install the window. I used the Yelp feature to get a quote on a custom glass top to protect our new wood dining table and Rick was the only one who got back to me within ten minutes and it was also in the evening. After a couple of more questions, he gave me a reasonable quote, and I liked how the price also included delivery. When I called their office to place an order, they didn't even require a deposit from me. Instead, I just needed to pay in full on the day of if I was completely happy with their service and let me tell you, they went above my expectations. I loved how from beginning to end how efficient everything went. There was no fuss nor gotchas along the way. Brandi was also the most pleasant person to work with. I really appreciated how she kept me informed with all the status updates throughout the process. The glass only took about five days to arrive. Not only were they very careful with placing the glass on to my table, but they took the time to fully clean and wipe the dirt off as well. My shower glass looks great! Rick delivered exactly what was promised and was able to match the door hardware to our bathroom cabinets. The whole process was painless; it started with a rough quote through Yelp followed by a visit the same week to measure the shower followed by a finalized quote. After they had received the materials the install was scheduled. Install took about and hour and they cleaned up after themselves. Rick even offered to drill the holes for a handheld shower mount we are installing. Would definitely do business again. read more
