The day I get there they tell me the service would be totally different and the price would be costly. Apparently the original provider was no longer there and the service I wanted was a totally different price than what I was told during the consultation. Because I was left in the dark and was not told ahead of time of everything, I did not perform the procedure that day. Then I was credited a portion of my deposit back. Then what I was not told was that my credit is only good for a year. As a working parent, I get distracted with life. And now I am out of my money. I am very upset because they are not very communicative, I would have been happy if they would have told me upfront that the service provider was no longer there, and that I would have needed a new consult, vs going in blindly. As a business owner, I think whoever they hire as a manager needs to change.
