The check-out staff spoke very quickly and was difficult to understand. I asked him to repeat a couple of times and then asked if he would speak slower as I was having difficulty understanding him. When we left, in a very exaggerated low and slow voice - think recording at a slow speed - he thanked us with the standard "Dick's farewell" line. I felt that was a rude response to a legiment request. I would give him a 1 star rating. Since it was the last impression as I left the store, it carries more weight.

I also received clear clarification that the belt is intended more for stability than true load-bearing, which helped set appropriate expectations for how this pack is designed to perform. More importantly, I want to acknowledge how this was handled. Richard and the team took the feedback seriously, made meaningful updates to their product page to prevent future confusion, and went above and beyond with thoughtful extras and a handwritten note. That level of accountability goes a long way. The pack itself is outstanding--top-tier craftsmanship, materials, and build quality. I bought a set of Cooper Tires from Fleet Farm in Hermantown, MN. After under 16K miles of use,…read morethey had tire separation on all four tires. I only realized this because I went in for a slow leak on one and they said they could not repair because of tire separation. Fleet farm did nothing to help. They were polite and personable, but did nothing and said I had to buy new with no discount. After going home disappointed, I decided to call Cooper Tires themselves. They set up an appointment with a different retailer, gave me a claim number, and after the retailer verified the separation they discounted my tires to half of what new tires would have cost. Fleet Farm should have offered to or directed me to do this. Thank heavens my wife mentioned this right after I got Fleet Farms poor service. Go directly to Cooper or the manufacturer! Fleet Farm does not have the service they should be providing!
