Ice cream here is incredible. I ordered the Guatemalan Ripple. Delicious! They offer many different types of ice cream. The girl serving us was very pleasant and the shop was super cute. I loved that they decorated for Halloween. The decorations make it look so fun! I really enjoyed this place and its ice cream. So worth it!

What a cute little ice cream shop right in the village of Fishkill my husband and I went out on a date night and stopped by for some dessert afterwards. We were greeted by a friendly lady and her son at the counter. The kid was so hard working and respectful. He wiped the tables and made sure the place is immaculate while we sat down to eat. The ice cream was delicious. We will be bringing our kids here soon

Needed dessert after eating across the street from Beast in Fishkill. Nice quaint place for ice cream. Nothing much to say, I was full.

So I'm very boring and simply try the chocolate ice cream around town. Hey- I know what I like. ‍ Their scooped ice cream is super like their name says, and they invest in the good crunchy, candy-like rainbow sprinkles and not the waxy kind. The spot is super busy most weekend nights and all week long in warmer months. Its a go-to summer spot for ice cream and a nice treat in cooler months! Plus the spot on Fishkill's Main Street is so convenient but Street parking can be tough.

It's a cute inviting places to hangout during the summer days. They have great selection of ice creams and toppings too. Loved their cappuccino ice cream. My husband ordered soft serve and he loved it. They even have great selection of bubble tee flavors, coffee and I even saw some Brazilian cake and cake pop on the display. Looking forward to our next visit :)

Clean, the service was great. The ice cream was very delish. Parking difficult but with effort, was able to find something.

Very cool place on the outside very well stands out in the neighborhood. I felt the menu was bit small scale and shame they could more options. But at least there was good selection of hard ice cream. The guy behind the counter was super quick to make my order and very thorough too. The bubble tea was amazing, this first place I been too that cools your drink but leaves out the ice. Way easier to eat the boba.

This place has a big Mom & Pop vibe. Lots of flavors and treats to choose from. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Sometimes I feel a little embarrassed or annoying asking to sample flavors and they didn't make me feel this way when trying a couple flavors of ice cream. The ice cream itself was so good! I hope to be back again before the summer ends!

I have always wanted to try this place but never got around to it until this week! I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed the ice cream here. I got the hot fudge sundae cup with strawberry cheesecake scoops. So good :) Prices seem pretty normal as well. There is some indoor and outdoor seating which is nice.

Dulce de leche sundae is a great dessert!

Took my daughters here while we were visiting family nearby. The shop is brand new, very bright and clean. The gentleman that helped us was very pleasant and took pride in the business. I had checked the menu earlier and knew I wanted the dulce de leche sundae. Two scoops of Jane's Ice Cream, homemade whipped cream, locally made alfajores (Latin American cookies), and dulce de leche sauce. My older daughter got a scoop of Jane's mint chip and my younger daughter got a scoop of Jane's vanilla. We all enjoyed our ice cream. My sundae was great, the alfajores were very nice broken up into the ice cream. Will definitely look to return.

Best ice cream in the Hudson valley. Cookies and cream was amazing and I don't even like sweets. My wife loves them.

I mentioned this cute little town because it's just one of the little niches along the Hudson river that makes a perfect little day trip. FIRST IMPRESSIONS: really quaint storefront, and first impression.Enter through the cafe door which also functions as a retail shop for handmade objects like soaps, etc. The gifts have an upscale vibe-worth a trip back. We had about 15 minutes to kill before attending a Yelp event across The Street so we opted to take the chill off by purchasing a hot beverage at Norma's. The staff is pretty laid-back, friendly, but laid-back. If you're in a hurry, I'm not sure if this would work. The hot and cold beverages are very straightforward and you can get some vegan options here. There were two behind the counter, but I felt they were a little engaged in their personal banter and we're not that attentive. Not a real sense of urgency or purpose. I'm sorry if that sounds harsh but once they did give us their full attention, we let them know that we were waiting for an event across the street and didn't have a lot of time. They asked us if we'd like to sit down with our beverage and we opted to do so since it was pretty cold outside. We ordered two hot chocolate And two homemade biscuits. They gave us a table number stanchion for the table and let us know they would be bringing it to us. We did not need to wait. We took the three steps down to the main dining area, where we were pleasantly surprised that they were having a live event - in this case it was a storytelling event. There was a table available for the two of us so we sat down and quickly realized that the table was so off-balance that it post a potential safety hazard. When I placed my hot chocolate down and rested my wrist, the entire table tilted forward toward me. This is an easy thing to fix, but my guess is that it's been this way for a really long time. That's unfortunate. All that aside, the room was really cozy and had a lot of character - lots of two top and four top tables to provide a very intimate setting with each one having a good view of the small stage Minutes went by and there was no biscuit delivered. More minutes went by and we began to wonder if they had forgotten. I guess is that they weren't making the biscuits from scratch so most likely they did forget. Since we had already paid for everything with a pretty generous tip, we waited a a few more minutes. Time ran out when we noticed that the event attendees were lining up across the street. That's something we could see from the really great big windows that faced Main Street. Reluctantly, my sister and I got up from the table and headed to the counter where we had made the order. We let them know that we needed to go and asked if the biscuits were ready. They seemed perplexed at first and then a lightbulb moment. Yes. I suspect they did forget the order. I wouldn't bother so much but two biscuits and two hot chocolates. It was about $20 plus tip so when they recognized that the biscuits were still missing, they asked if we would like to take them to go. The lack of awareness was disappointing because they were clearly not busy with anything else A minute or two later, they emerged from the kitchen with a small bag, presumably containing the two biscuits. Service was definitely lacking, particularly for what is a bit of a higher priced venue. Maybe we caught them on an off night but my sense is that laid back attitude is built in to the business model. Would I return to Norma's? I'm not sure. The hot chocolate was good, not from a mix, but would it bring me back? I'll let you know.

The only "downside" here is that they don't have a full kitchen like they used to but this doesn't stop this awesome **woman owned** biz to bring her best to the table. From street corn toast to liege waffles, yes, they have nutella too :') - this place has all the basic things you need for an amazing coffee break. While covering your vegan and gluten free needs with plenty of options. I will say, the gf waffles are the frozen toaster ones (which is totally fine because no kitchen so there's options for everyone!). Can't wait to try the liege waffles next! I have my eye on the mushroom and onion avocado toast but I can assure you the street corn chickpea stands pretty great on it's own. Expect tea and coffee bags and lots of goodies available for purchase with an awesome seating area just perfect for hanging out or doing some work while you sip and snack. OK. I never get lattes and the lavender latte possessed me and made me order it. On a hot day I never even said how I wanted it. Somehow someway, the awesome barista and owner KNEW to make it cold, and I'm SO glad I had this lavender iced latte EXPLODING with lavender. Not overly sweet, just right and fully natural. Basically it didn't taste like a fake lavender simple syrup combo. Oh, best part, milk options are endless. Oat and COCONUT are in the house. Of course, I got the coconut! You can order other great beverages like the pea lemonade (the pretty purple one!!) and other plant derived natural elixirs. Can't wait to try!
